 I called August 4th and I spoke to a representative. I told him that I was moving from my old house to my new house. The representative asked me if I wanted a professional installation for the connections inside the house and I said no. He asked me "When would you like your services turned on on the new location?" and I said tomorrow (meaning Sunday August 5th). Then he asked me "When would you like your services disconnected at the old location?" and I said tomorrow as well.

On August 5th after I moved, I brought all the equipment with me and connected it. Once connected I come to find out that there was no service. So I started calling customer service (if you can call it that). The first person I called was a guy named Robert and he said that I need to call back during business hours to get the issue resolved. The only thing I wanted was for him to send a refresh signal to the equipment since most probably they were not activated. He checked the account and he indeed saw that they were not active so he insisted that I call during business hours so that the sales department can take care of it.

Then I called again. Some lady answered the phone and she said that someone did something wrong and not to worry she will open a ticket for me so that some special group of people (called retentions) would get to it in 2-24 hours. Next day I receive an email telling me that my order was successfully placed. So I call again. I get another person on the line and then another and then another. They figured out that the previous owner did not pay the service and they had disconnected the cable from the outside so they set an appointment up for someone to come out 10 days later. 

Naturally, I demanded to speak to a supervisor. They said that they placed a ticket and that the supervisor would call me back within 4 hours. After a day she did not call me back. I call back again, and I spoke to another representative and I told her, either you connect my service or cancel the account. She gave me her direct extension and she said that she would take care of everything and not to worry. The following day I called again, I spoke to her to see if there are any developments and she said that there was nothing new. I called hours later, she picked up the phone and then she told me she had someone else on the line so she put me on hold. She never came back on the phone after 47 minutes. So I called again. By now it is 10 pm and I speak to someone else and I told her that I need to cancel my services. But of course she could not do that for me since it was after hours.

I wish that they close and all these idiots lose their jobs
