As far as I know a company that offers customers a promotional price for a period of anytime is not resoponseable for calling you when your promotion is up, that is left to the customer, its the samething as if you had a fixed morgage for two years, the morgage company isn't going to call you to let you know that your fixed rate is going to expire. But anyway, just want to clear this up I thought it was common knowledge but maybe I am wrong. You got services installed for a 6 month promotion, that means that the day the installation was completed is the day your promotion started 6 months from that day. Then after 6 months your payments would go upto the full price for the services that are provided. However I do not believe that you should have been billed after you called to have the services shut off, usually at least how we do it in the system I work in the day that the customer schedules to have the services shut off is the day that the billing is cut off as well, exept for past due and collection bill for non payment of services. Thanks and hope this may have helped
