recently there was a digital tv upgrade in my corner in NM got digital box sent by UPS for those that have Xfinity the cable box has a small cable loop in back DO NOT DISCONNECT the instructions do not cover this item but PLEASE do not disconnect.

i called up expecting to have that amount removeed but Comcast/xfinity refused saying they don't give credit on house call tech put on report that charge was warranted not companies fault
also do not call the number (866) OK-BEGIN as the number is disconnected At least it is in my area
they wanted to offer me a premium channel free for 3 months or a $25.00 credit which would take a bill of normally %66.00 to $104.98
the supposed credit would take the bill to around $85.00
still a lot of money
cant change to competition as it's not allowed where I'm living
