Comenity Bank does not offer multiple email notifications of bills due or the ability to schedule automatic monthly minimum payments on their internet site. The result is that customer using paperless billing receive a bill via email and if unable to pay immediately receives no further warning/notification resulting in a late payment. 

I believe that this is deliberate and if investigated by the FDIC Comenity Banks late charges would far surpass any credit card company offering the features mentioned above.
