Comfort Inn rip off, payed good money got bad service Bartonsville Pennsylvania
my family experienced poor service at the comfort inn. on our journey to purchasing a new home in pa, we stayed at the comfort inn where the staff complained of beeing over worked and to tired to preform services for customers, some staff was extremely rude, stating they would call police on my husband, rooms were not serviced at all, drug deals beeing made in front of buisness, the sheets were dirty and never changed only covered with blankets that my children had to sleep on. manager only siding with employees. garbage not removed from room, dirty sheets, towels and blankets remained outside of doorway through out the day and night. false info was given on a deal assosiated with hotel, collected money and promotion deal not delivered as promised. this complaint is against manager debbie babcock and staff woman at front desk elise. in all my travels this was the worst services and rude people i have ever dealt with.

i payed $500.00 to stay, so to say all i wanted is free is unfair. leave? are you going to refund my money? i made complaints and am awaiting an answer. if i would have known at check-in the conditions i would not have stayed with my children at such a place. i was missinformed of the promotion rules at the time i had payed. the poor service that i recieved began on my second night stay and i was not leaving without my money beeing refunded, i don't judge a book by its cover, the place does not have a sign that say's we mistreat customer's and have poor service included in your stay.

Why did you stay at motel that is as disgusting as you described? Why didn't you just leave? There was no indication of the conditions until you checked into your room? That seems unlikely. It seems a fleabag like this could probably be spotted off the freeway. And speaking of free, isn't that all you really want?
