I am a creditor for Kellene Bishop. I had a judgment against her personally and I still have a judgment against one of her insolvent businesses.
I contacted the attorney for the chapter 7 trustee after I saw the episode of Doomsday Preppers. I sent Mr. Affleck's letter to all of the former attendees of Ms. Bishops's Commercial Career class as well.
Here is my letter to Mr. Affleck and a picture of the letter that he sent to the Bishops:
February 12, 2012
Mr. Adam S. Affleck
Prince,Yeates & Geldzahler

Dear Mr. Affleck:
I reviewed my notes from our phone conversation in 2010.
It is apparent that you were under the impression that I had a judgment against one of the Bishops many entities. I actually won two judgments one against the entity called Blue Screen Marketing (which still stands) and a judgment against Ms. Bishop personally. Hence, you were under the impression that you would have to pierce the corporate veil with respect to Ms. Bishops various companies before you had standing to pursue an investigation.
The Bishops bankruptcy was an individual bankruptcy. However, even if I did indeed only have a judgment against one of Ms. Bishops entities, there was not any separation between her various companies and the Bishops. All of their companies were and are located at their home in Orem.
Furthermore, the Bishops failed to maintain a formal legal separation between their businesses and their personal financial affairs. Almost all of the debt that the Bishops wrote off was unsecured business debt, which included my judgment.
Therefore, a court could find that all of the Bishops businesses are really just a sham (i.e. Kellene
Bishops alter ego) and that the Bishops are personally operating the business as if the corporation or LLC didn't exist. I truly believe that this is absolutely true since the Bishops have now appeared on national television as themselves to promote their current businesses. Moreover, the segment featured Ms. Bishop on the cover of Broker Magazine, which was a promotion for the Commercial Career class that I took in 2006.
You are the court appointed official who administers the Bishops bankruptcy estate. Your responsibility as a Chapter 7 trustee is to liquidate non-exempt property and distribute it according to the scheme of priorities in you states code. You as the trustee also must consider whether there are preferences or fraudulent transfers that can be recovered from which creditors can be paid.
I as a creditor for Ms. Bishop personally have every right to demand that the Bishops account for the funds that paid for the stockpiled food in their Orem home. Again, the Bishops should be obligated to provide receipts, tax returns and bank statements. If they have indeed made over $100,000.00 in the last two years then the bankruptcy should be discharged. The Bishops will have to show where that money came from if they didnt. It does not matter what entity the money came from since I successfully sued her personally. This could only mean that the funds came from money that they made before their bankruptcy. I have already argued that the Bishops recklessly borrowed and lost/hid money and made business deals knowing the entity I sued couldn't pay their creditors and invoices. I have also demonstrated how the Bishops otherwise acted recklessly, dishonestly and illegally and it is possible that their appearance on Nat Geo will prove that.
Again, you as the trustee may bring a motion to dismiss the case as an abuse of the bankruptcy system or to deny the Bishops a discharge if you find evidence of fraud, perjury, or ineligibility.
Additionally, I would like the name and contact information of the judge who appointed you to this case.
Sincerely,
William John McCloskey

This is a copy of my cover letter, which I submitted to the Philadelphia Municipal Court in 2008. It is part of the docket (and can be downloaded from the Philadelphia Municipal Court site) and is therefore public information.
Again, Ms. Bishop made a conscious and well reasoned decision to purposely not defend herself against these allegations, which resulted in my default judgment.

To Whom It May Concern:
I would at this time like to file a complaint against Commercial Career. Ms. Kellene Bishop owns Commercial Career.
I took the Commercial Career Course in October 2006 at a cost of $6000.00. The course was advertised as having a No Risk, 100% Money-Back Guarantee. From 2006 till December 2007, the Commercial Career website clearly stated that that a 100% refund of the entire paid registration fee would be given with no questions asked.
A new provision was added to the website in January of 2008. The website now reads: For clarification, you will be sent forms to fill out to show that you have properly implemented the system as required. This was added several months after Ms. Bishop held her last class and after the 12 months of course implementation had expired for most graduates of her course. This is a clear-cut case of false advertising.
I printed a copy of the webpage on October 16, 2007 and took pictures of the webpage on my laptop with my digital camera (see attached document marked as exhibit 1). I did this in anticipation of Ms. Bishop changing the webpage because it is blatantly obvious that she has designed the criteria for the refund to be completely subjective.
This honorable court may wish to take notice of the extensive documentation, which I am submitting for your review. Upon reviewing the documentation, it will be apparent to you that the Commercial Career course was not what it was advertised to be.
I am submitting The Commercial Career Accountability and Implementation Checklist along with all of the supporting documentation that I provided with it (see attached documents marked as exhibit 2).
I am submitting my two letters to government offices in Utah along with email exchanges that I exchanged with the Bishops. They are an accurate description of the events that have taken place since I took the course in 2006. The emails contain observations that were given by my colleague, Ms. Julie Hilger, ofhttp://www.mortgagetrap.org/. (See attached documents marked as exhibits 3 & 4).
I am also submitting page 15 of the U.S. Postal Service Guide to Preventing Mail Fraud. After reading page 15 of the guide, it became obvious to me that the owners of Commercial Career are classified as investment swindlers (see attached document marked as exhibit 5).
The guide indicates that one may be dealing with an investment swindler if you can answer yes to the following:
1) Does the salesperson make it sound as if you cant lose? The answer to this question is yes. Ms. Bishop offered a 100% Money Back Guarantee on the Commercial Career website and made the lavish claim that you wont find a guarantee like this on ANY other Commercial Lending Class. The Commercial Career website clearly said: How can you say no with a guarantee like this? Ms. Bishop also advertised The Ultimate Secret Weapon (supposedly valued at $2500.00), which was supposed to guarantee that graduates would never work for free or miss out on lucrative commissions. It has been a year and three months since I took Ms. Bishops course, and I am still wondering what The Ultimate Secret Weapon is.
2) Are you promised an unusually high rate of return or interest payment on your capital? The answer to this question is yes. Ms. Bishop made the lavish claim that graduates of her class would make an additional $750,000.00 of additional income from commercial lending.
3) Are you pressured to make a decision because new investment units are selling fast? The answer to this question is yes. Ms. Bishop claimed that there are over 520,000 residential loan officers nationwide, and only 350 will be accepted for her class. The continued mentoring (part of her course) was nothing more than continuing sales pitches for her additional services and training, which consisted of a $2100.00 a month processing service, $2297.00 retraining and fees for additional secret programs. Ms.Bishop created a scarce inner circle of members who were willing to pay for the additional services. Once Ms. Bishop held the reunion event and created this inner circle, her monthly teleconferences became nothing more than self-help lectures; whereas most of her other teleconferences were sales pitches for loan programs that were offered through Beehive Commercial Lending, her commercial brokerage.
Ms. Bishop did not extend real mentoring because her main goal was to get loans forwarded to her subsidiary, the Servicing Division, and to her commercial brokerage. Commercial Career graduates did not become part of the inner circle if they did not demonstrate that they were will willing to misrepresent themselves as being part of a multi-million dollar network or if they did not have a big enough bank account along with existing contacts in what is essentially a relationship-driven industry.
Ms. Bishop did nothing but teach the art of obfuscation and vacillation. Further, she instilled a fake it till you make it mentality in her students (i.e. being instructed to tell bankers that we had Wall Street products that did not exist anywhere else). Further, even if this had been a legitimate industry course (and it wasnt), I did not belong in her class. It is obvious that I did not have the background or the bankroll to follow her supposed system, which had very little to do with the commercial lending industry. This is do to the fact that Ms Bishop structured the course based on what she had learned at various seminars and at the marketing clubs, which she still belongs to.
As a matter of fact, most of her lingo (i.e. Platinum Level), which she uses in her marketing material and on the questionnaire, is derived from these various marketing clubs and seminars. She is a member of the Glazer-Kennedy Inner Circle. The concept of an inner circle for Commercial Career was clearly derived from this. Ms Bishop is also a member of Lee Milteers Productivity Coaching Program, which uses the term sharpening your saw (Ms. Bishop uses this phrase on her questionnaire). Again, all of these concepts have little or nothing to do with the commercial lending industry and everything to do with marketing schemes. I am submitting newsletters from these clubs as evidence that Ms. Bishop is merely parroting lingo from an unrelated industry (see attached documents marked as exhibit 6).
Commercial Career is located in Utah. However, the monies for this course were exchanged over the phone in Philadelphia and the course was paid for with my Visa card. Therefore, the jurisdiction falls in the City and County of Philadelphia.
Below is an itemization for the amount that I am seeking:
1) Cost of course: $6000.00
2) Hotel: $1036.65
3) Airline Charges: $193.60
4) Interest for Monthly Credit Card Payments: $200.00
5) Stationary and postage: $100.00I am submitting receipts for all of my expenses (see attached documents marked as exhibit 7).
I pray that these monetary damages are granted.
Sincerely,
William John McCloskey

This was the Statement of Claim for my small claims suit in Philadelphia Municipal Court. Keep in mind, Ms. Bishop guaranteed $750,000.00 in income within one year of taking her course (and then claimed Chapter 7 within 3-years of offering the Commercial Career course in various cities) and also offered a no questions asked money back guarantee. I sued after she sent me a 15-page questionnaire to obtain a refund."

MR. McCloskey: William John McCloskey.
COURT CRIER: Your name?
MR. BORNEMAN: Ryan Borneman on behalf of Kellene Bishop.
COURT CRIER: Raise your hands?(DULY SWORN IN AND/OR AFFIRMED)THE COURT: You can have a seat gentleman. Okay. So you signed up for a course?
MR. MCCLOSKEY: Correct, your Honor.
THE COURT: What was the course?
MR. MCCLOSKEY: Commercial Career.
THE COURT: Commercial Career. Okay. Counsel, what is commercial career?
MR. BORNEMAN: Counsel here today is prepared just to argue the motion to dismiss that was filed previously. Do you have a copy of that?
THE COURT: Probably.
MR. BORNEMAN: I have additional copies.
THE COURT: Motion to Dismiss, here it is. Well what happens if I dont grant the motion?
MR. BORNEMAN: Ms. Bishop is not here to testify on her behalf. I can provide some arguments based on the statement of claim.
THE COURT: Okay. Fair enough. Let me read the motion to dismiss. Okay. The agreement, you say - - well deal with them one at a time. You signed an agreement in which you consented to the jurisdiction of Utah. Do you have the agreement? A copy of the agreement?
MR. BORNEMAN: I do. It is attached to it.
THE COURT: Yes, I know, its on the computer. If you have a copy just give me a minute or two. Is that the agreement?
MR. BORNEMAN: Yes. Its been served and I have a copy of the agreement.
THE COURT: Okay. You lose on this one. Ill tell you why you lose on this one. He consented to personal jurisdiction in the state of Utah; and that means they can sue you in Utah and youd have to go out there to Utah. What this doesnt say is that - - it doesnt say that he agreed that any lawsuit would be brought in Utah; and I think you know that okay. So lets go on the numbers. Did I miss anything?
MR. MCCLOSKEY: No. No, your Honor.
THE COURT: Okay. Lets go on to number 2. You failed to join an indispensable party. - - mature about #2 here, but it says that we lack personal jurisdiction over Kellene Bishop.
MR. BORNEMAN: The course said it was in Boston. She is a resident of Utah. At no times was she present in Pennsylvania.
THE COURT: Okay. So the contract - - wheres the contract. Is this the only contract, the credit card authorization?
MR. BORNEMAN: Yes, your Honor.
THE COURT: Was there anything else she signed?
MR. MCCLOSKEY: No. That is the only thing that I signed.
THE COURT: Did you deal with her at some point?
MR. MCCLOSKEY: Yes.
THE COURT: When did you deal with Ms. Bishop? Im only talking about the signing of this contract, at this point?
MR. MCCLOSKEY: Before no. I had spoken to one of the sales people at Commercial Career when I signed that.
THE COURT: What is commercial career? What type of entity is that?
MR. BORNEMAN: Commercial Career is a business name for actually Blue Screen, LLC.
THE COURT: Its a fictitious name for a company known as what?
MR. BORNEMAN: Blue Screen Marketing, LLC.
THE COURT: Blue Screen Marketing, LLC.
MR. BORNEMAN: That goes to the failure to join a party.
THE COURT: I know. I know. When Im looking at this, this agreement, this credit card authorization doesnt have anybodys name on it, does it? Except his, right?
MR. BORNEMAN: No, your Honor, it does not. The reference is the course that was offered by that company.
THE COURT: The credit card went through. When you did the credit card - - when you send you money in and they accepted your credit card, who were you paying?
MR. MCCLOSKEY: I dont have a copy of the statement?
THE COURT: Do you know who he was paying?
MR. BORNEMAN: He would have been paying Blue Screen Marketing doing business as commercial.
THE COURT: Okay. Well that makes sense. And when you got to Boston for the course, is that when you first met the woman you are suing?
MR. MCCLOSKEY: Yes.
THE COURT: What did she say to you?
MR. MCCLOSKEY: She basically taught the four day course in Boston.
THE COURT: And what position does Ms. Bishop have with the limited liability company?
MR. BORNEMAN: With the Blue Screen? She - - my understanding is she is the principal owner of that LLC. I cannot attest to that for certain, thats my understanding.
THE COURT: Okay. And when you signed this credit card authorization, where were you? Here in Pennsylvania, in Philadelphia?
MR. MCCLOSKEY: Yes. I faxed the form from Philadelphia.
THE COURT: Okay. Are there other facts you want me to know?
MR. BORNEMAN: No, your Honor.
THE COURT: Ill listen to argument. I think youll lose this one too. But go ahead.
MR. BORNEMAN: Your Honor, Ms. Bishop has no personal ties to Pennsylvania. The course was offered in Boston. And while the plaintiff resides here, Ms. Bishop does not.
THE COURT: There are two types of actions that I see being asserted here. One is a breech of contract action and the other is a tort action, based on misrepresentation. Because I think you know the analysis for determining whether there is personal jurisdiction slightly different to those two types of actions. The contract one is actually easier. And for the purposes of the contract, I believe that there are sufficient ties in Pennsylvania. He was here in Pennsylvania and Pennsylvania has an interest in this matter; and for that reason, as far as the contract action goes, I believe that there are sufficient ties. As far as the negligence action goes, thats a little closer call. But again, she is the owner of Blue Screen Marketing. Whether any misrepresentations may have been made, if there were misrepresentations, they would have been made in Boston. She, with respect to her relationship with Blue Screen and the marketing done here in Pennsylvania, I believe that there are sufficient ties such that this court may exercise personal jurisdiction over her as well as Blue Screen. As far as the indispensable party goes, I dont believe there has been an indispensable party; but I do worry about something related to that and that is the caption here. The caption Kellene Bishop doing business as, also known as Commercial Career. What weve learned today is that Blue Screen Marketing should also be a party here. The same claims, same or similar claims, that are being brought against Ms. Bishop are also being brought against Blue Screen Marketing. Do you represent Blue Screen Marketing?
MR. BORNEMAN: Yes, I do, you Honor.
THE COURT: Okay. I will give you a choice as to how to proceed. My suggestion would be we simply amend the caption to include Ms. Bishop and Blue Screen Marketing, to save all of us a little bit of time and since you represent. So thats one suggestion, that is up to you. The other suggestion is again up to you and that is since theres a new party in the action, we can either proceed today, because I wouldnt expect you to have. I dont know whether there are other potential witnesses but theres a new party in this case; and if you wanted a continuance to bring somebody down, also in light of the fact that you had this motion, I would also permit you to have a continuance.
MR. BORNEMAN: Thank you, your Honor. We will take the continuance.
THE COURT: You will amend the caption.
MR. BORNEMAN: To amend the caption. To permit Ms. Bishop to decide how she wants to proceed and Blue Screen Marketing and how they want to proceed.
THE COURT: Do you understand?
MR. MCCLOSKEY: I do.
THE COURT: I know your first choice would be to get this all out of the way today.
MR. MCCLOSKEY: Yes. But I dont feel that I did prepare an argument to his motion to dismiss.
THE COURT: Okay. Did I get it right?
MR. MCCLOSKEY: You did get it right.
THE COURT: Thats good to know.
MR. MCCLOSKEY: Is Ms. Bishop an indispensable party or a dispensable party, since shes represented by counsel?
THE COURT: Well, theres no such thing as a dispensable party.
MR. MCCLOSKEY: There is no such thing, okay.
THE COURT: Is she an indispensable party. Shes been sued. The indispensable party would be Blue Screen Market. Are they an indispensable party? No. I dont believe that they are an indispensable party as the law defines that. Because you have different claims against different people. I dont see them being as indispensable as described in the law. Are they are party who you can sue? Absolutely. Should you be suing them? Absolutely. Its the same or similar claims against both of them. So, for judicial economys sake, and counsel has been gracious and I think wise to agree to that, we are just going to name both parties. Now we got the right parties in this and then we will be able to proceed at the next listing.
COURT CRIER: Hows April 15th at 1:00 pm? Is that good for you, sir?
MR. BORNEMAN: That is good. April 15th.
THE COURT: Heres what were going to do. You ready? Motion to dismiss, denied. And we are going to amend the caption so that it reads simply Kellene Bishop get rid of all the aka stuff and Blue Screen Marketing, LLC. And is it the same address?
MR. BORNEMAN: I believe so, your Honor.
THE COURT: Okay. 617 South State Street, out in Utah. Orem, Utah. Well also note that. Is your appearance in?
MR. BORNEMAN: Yes. I did enter an appearance in this case.
THE COURT: So counsels appearance would be on behalf of both defendants and will note that counsel has accepted service for Blue Screen Marketing. Okay. Does that work for everybody?
MR. BORNEMAN: Thank you, your Honor.
MR. MCCLOSKEY: What was the date?
COURT CRIER: 4/15/08 at 1:15 pm, in 4D.
THE COURT: I wont get to hear how this all ends. So good luck to both you at the next hearing.(HEARING CONCLUDED AT 2:51:01)0 ReplyShare William John McCloskey 9 months ago-

There was a long program here in France on the Radio 'Inter' 31st October 2012 about her. I was listening and found it hard to believe that anybody could stock so much food in almost the 'hope' that there would be a catastrophe. She went on about her Mormon beliefs. I had to google more information and was led to this site. She certainly didn't sound like she was in trouble but talked about having boxes packed and the place being a bit of a mess because she was in the process of moving. Sorry to hear all the stories of people that have been ripped off. It would be nice to think the money she was receiving for all this publicity was going to pay back people that she left high and dry after her bankruptcy. She came over as too good to be true and as the old saying goes, if it looks that way then it generally is.

If Kellene Bishop is talking then she is lying. She ran scam commercial real estate courses and lied to the world that she was a "guru". She was a low level residential loan officer turned juice peddler when she conned people into taking her classes.
The truth is that she was a two-bit con artist who could not pay her mortgage.
I wonder how miserable she and her husband are going to be when they are forced to vacate their bank owned bungalow!!!!!!!!!!!!

We will see how self reliant the Terrible Two are once they are tossed from the bungalow!

That's right folks! The two liars who claim they are self reliant are about to be homeless! Maybe they should consult with the Los Angeles Doomsday Prepper about living on the streets!
The first question is: Will they defend the bungalow like it is the Alamo under the cover of darkness with Morse Code? The second question is: What will happen to all of the stockpiled food when the police and sheriff take them?
The Big K's last stand just might make national news!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This could be true since Kellene is desperate to keep her home since she has not made a mortgage payment since 2008.
One thing is true: Butterbean is better looking than Kellene!

I wonder if she actually believes that her latest scheme will help save her from foreclosure?
Does anyone still really believe that this 300lb liar actually practices self reliance?

Kellene and Scott Bishop were the only weirdos on Nat Geo to have a bug-in plan instead of a bug-out plan. Could this be because they don't ever intend to pay their mortgage? Forbearance and foreclosure means nothing to these bug-in preppers!

Nat Geo apparently does not do a very good job of screening their weirdos for Doomsday Preppers. They obviously wanted to demonstrate how off the wall the preppers are.
They could have easily found out just how much of a scammer Kellene and Scott are. Information about their various scams and Chapter 7 Bankruptcy is all over the internet. Bankruptcies are public information too. We instead had to listen to Kellene lie about her past. Why didn't she talk about her bankruptcy?
Perhaps Nat Geo should do a follow up on the Bishops when the foreclosure is completed on their home in Utah. If might turn into a Dog Day Afternoon when Kellene and Scott defend the bungalow like it is the Alamo when the bank shows up to take it back. They clearly demonstrated how they are heavily armed and ready to communicate by Morse code under the cover of darkness.

Kellene & Scott Bishop are truly obscene. They lied that they own a multi-million dollar business on Nat Geo. They scammed almost 300 mortgage brokers out of $10,000.00 for between $2.5 & 3 million dollars in 2006 for a sham course called Commercial career and then scammed some of their clients for hundreds of thousands of dollars too.
Kellene and Scott failed to mention that they claimed bankruptcy in 2006 and also failed to mention that their home in the show is in forbearance and it is over $50,000.00 under water because they have not made a mortgage payment since December, 2008. Only scam artists would brag that they have $100,000.00 worth of food in their home when they are not making mortgage payments.
Kellene also stated that she worked in corporate America. This is another lie. She was a low level residential mortgage broker before she was a juice salesman and then a "commercial guru" who never closed a commercial loan.
One of her former Commercial Career attendees summed it up in 2007:
I was given your name as someone that I can report a fraud incident to. I am a Commercial Mortgage Broker and have taken a class taught by Scott and Kellene Bishop of Commercial Career and Beehive Commercial. They considered me one of their top referral sources and I entrusted them with my entire pipeline of business. In the last 18 months I sent them over $200,000,000.00 in business all of which they said they could approve and close. They presented themselves as Underwriters with Decision Making authority and were direct with Hedge Funds on Wall Street, none of which was true.
To Underwrite and Approve these loans they required that my clients pay large Up-Front Retainer Fees (Good Faith Deposits). Their contracts state that the fees are non-refundable however, they told each of my clients that they do not ask for fees unless they are confident that they can close the loan. Hearing this, my clients entered into a contract with the Bishops and paid their money.
My clients paid $250,000.00 in Up-Front Fees only have their loans turned down after months of promises to close their loans. I can give you the names and numbers of all of these clients. I know of at least another $500,000.00 that was taken in the same manor from other clients. In addition to this, the Bishops charged close to 300 people on average $8,000.00 each to take their course on Commercial Lending and how to charge up-front fees and send all of our loans through them. In my estimation, the Bishops have netted over $2,000,000.00 in profit from this scheme and to date have not closed a single commercial loan and have not returned any fees.
I am not asking for fee that I paid to take their course to be returned. I am asking that the $750,000.00 that was fraudulently taken from our clients be returned.
Here are the facts:
Consumers were defrauded by the Bishops and Commercial Career.
The Bishops made promises to perform and collected obscene amounts of money and did not perform the service that there were paid to do.
The Bishops have refused any an all attempts to return even a percentage of the fees they collected.
The Bishops are residents of Utah but have committed these acts across the entire nation.
I know that I am not the only person to report this issue to your department but if you would like more individuals like myself to come forward I can make that happen.
Please let me know what needs to be done to insure that no more consumers are hurt by Commercial Career and Scott and Kellene Bishop.

It is ironic that Ms. Bishop has stockpiled enough food to fill a supermarket because she has come up with the perfect recipe for her disaster.
Why on Earth would Kellene actually sign on with Nat Geo to allow them to film her stockpiled food so all of the goodies saved for doomsday can aired on national television after claiming Chapter 7? Think about it because her bankruptcy papers do not lie. They clearly show that her new business, Preparedness Pro, did not make any money as recently as 2009. The question for her creditors, the attorneys for her mortgage company and the bankruptcy trustee should be: Where did Kellene & Scott Bishop get the money to buy that much food?
Ms. Bishop has a Radio Blog show. She bragged that she went from worse than nothing to $2.5 million dollars in one year. it is perfectly obvious that she is back to worse than nothing now because her house in Orem is only worth about $200,000.00 and she owes almost $300,000.00 on it and has not made a mortgage payment since 2008.
The 2.5 million dollars that she bragged about was the money that made in 2006 when she charged $10,000.00 a person to over 250 people for a scam course called Commercial Career. She was then sued by most of them for misrepresenting herself as a "commercial guru" and for unscrupulously taking illegal fees from their clients. She subsequently wrote off over $1.6 million dollars in her bankruptcy.
There were court proceedings as recently as August of 2011 between the Bishops and her mortgage company. The word is that foreclosure on her home featured in the upcoming Nat Geo show is inevitable.
All of Ms. Bishop's creditors, the attorneys for her mortgage company and the bankruptcy trustee should check their local listing and set their DVR's to tape the show. The footage can probably be used in court.

Kellene Bishop has been filmed showcasing thousands of dollars worth of food at her home in Utah. She does not mention that foreclosure proceedings have started and the foreclosure on her home featured in the show is highly probable.
Once again, she has portrayed herself as being a righteous and self-relying person yet the truth is the complete opposite. She claims the end of days are near. The reality is that her days are numbered in her home because she spent all of her money on food instead of fulfilling her obligation to pay her mortgage.
Not to mention that she bought all of that food with the money that she swindled from people in scam business after scam business before filing Chapter 7. Keep in mind that Ms. Bishop charged between 6 and 10 thousand dollars a person to over 250 suckers in 2006 and made about 2 million dollars. This does not count the pile of cash that she swindled from their clients.

Kellene Bishop, a scammer who ran a course called Commercial Career, now runs Preparednesspro.com.
She recently wrote a despicable blog about the hard money world and the loan commitment fees involved.
THIS CRAZY PIG DID THE SAME EXACT THING AND MORE WITH HER COMMERCIAL CAREER COURSE. SHE TOOK HUGE RETAINER FEES THAT THE HARD MONEY PEOPLE COULD ONLY DREAM OF AND DIDN'T HAVE ANY SOURSES TO FUND THE LOANS!
She then claimed bankruptcy for over TWO MILLION DOLLARS!
Look at what the slob wrote:
Many years ago I frequently rubbed elbows with the hard-money world of commercial lending. As an expert educator in the world of commercial finance, I simply could not have a functioning knowledge of the industry without being exposed to what was known as hard-money lending. Hard-money loans typically come with some steep prices. The first fee one would usually have to pay is an application fee. This particular fee is required simply for the privilege of having your funding request considered. Many such fees are non-refundable and would be as much as 1% to 3% of the value of the loan request. After your project is given a preliminary approval you may then be required to pay a commitment fee. This fee is anticipatory of the underwriting, inspection, legal, and appraisal costs that may or may not be necessary to process your funding request. Regardless of what the anticipated costs really are on a project, commitment fees are typically another 1-3% of the total value of a funding request and to add insult to injury, they are usually non-refundable as well. Then, assuming that all goes well during the processing of your hard money loan, just before closing you will get your written approval. However, in many instances you will be required to pay a funding fee which is essentially more money that you had to put up to show them your level of commitment to the funding. (Irrelevant of the fact that your other monies should have already clearly conveyed such a commitment previously.) This fee can be a mere $10,000-$50,000 or it can be greater. In most instances this fee is refunded immediately upon the funding of your deal, but its still cash that youve got to come up with just to get your deal done. (Are you tired yet?) Then, upon the closing and funding of your loan, you will be assessed approximately 15-22 points of the loan amount, plus an interest rate as high as 30 percent! Are you worn out and horrified yet?
THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT KELLENE THE SLOB DID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS INSANE PIG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

While I was there not one employee ever got a raise. There were 4 client transactions that I was aware of that we should have received bonuses on, there were countless training sessions held that we helped prepare for and percentages of the profits had been promised to her employees.
At every opportunity she pocketed the money.
She lied countless times to her clients over the phone while I was in the room and would make claims that were absurd exaggerations at best about her success and what great things were going on in the company.
Every time she made a promise to us she would have to break it and she couldn't ever be the bad guy. She would hide behind her husband who was a habitual gun-toting psychopath. And he would deliver the bad news.
I'm also convinced that she had the office bugged because she would bring up inner office issues that happened behind closed doors and with out her present and minutes later would call us in to her office and try and address that very issue.
She claimed to be lead by the holy spirit on countless occasions. I am left to wonder if she suffered from some sort of mental disorder where she was confusing the greedy voices in her head for divine revelation.
I hope that she gets the help she needs. Preferably in some sort of lock-down facility.
I feel sorry for anyone who has ever done business with her or worked for her.

Let's take a look at what people are saying about this ugly couple on Broker Universe: Ive heard from many people who have taken this course who have been very unhappy with promises and claims that fail to materialize in connection with that Commercial Career class. They say those testimonials were written 3 days into their training but months after the class their claims are quite opposite. Former students contact information can be found from the information listed on the old testimonial pages from their old website.
