Has anyone that has worked with this company Commercialleads.net actually closed a loan using one of their leads?

As you can see there are several reports including mine on this website as well as others regarding Mr. Thomas's erroneous activities. Nearly every time a complaint is filed against him he seems to find the time to investigate the company filing the report instead of making his client happy.
This is just more proof that Brad Thomas is scamming people. If he was interested in creating happy clients he would be selling a successful program instead of passing his company off as some large business having many employees. He would also do what he can to satisfy the many complaints he has received instead of spending his time trying to find fault in others and use that as his defense.
Brad Thomas and CommercialLeads.net is currently being investigated in Florida. I advise anyone considering doing business with him do contact me before doing so. I will give any information I have and direct you to the agents which are investigating him.
I can be reached at seven 2 seven, seven seven 6, 2 nine seven nine. Feel free to contact me at any time.

The story of the Plaintiff is consistent with my experience as well as others dealing with Mr. Brad Thomas.
Brad Thomas points blame at others trying to steer blame from himself. As can be seen from the many Rippoff reports regarding Commercialleads.net, there isn't only just one or two complaints but many with nearly the exact problems.
I personally have filed a complaint with the Florida Office of Financial Regulation in Tallahassee Florida. Their contact number is 1-800-848-3792
If you do have already have an issue with this company I suggest you also file a complaint.

recently given the task to investigate companies such as
commercialleads.net and their less than ethical activities.

Mr. Herndon Signed up on 12/8. After a full week of due diligence he chose to proceed and did so on 12/15. He received ALL of his training materials within 1 hour of his payment and was trained on the same day. His account is brand new. The system offered him 5 leads the first few days of which he took only 2 and had an issue with 1 for which he was credited as per the policy.
Mr. Herndon is incorrect about the company. The company has in fact been in business for 10 years and went online in 2005 with the most robust application to date for the commercial real estate and finance industry.
That Mr. Herndon doesn't understand the structure or nature of the business is not a failing on our part.
He filed this complaint because he wanted to get the money back once AFTER he received the materials and training not found any where else. He had not disputed the quality of the training or materials received at any point to date.
It should be noted that his legal license is suspended. He states it is because he didn't complete continuing education classes. His broker license is also "inactive".
He posted this ROR noting he was in Phoenix, AZ but his account address is in the state of Washington and his licenses (suspended and Inactive) are both from the state of Montana.
While reports like this are unfortunate there is little a company can do to stop someone like Mr. Herndon from using the web as a bully pulpit.
Please contact us if you have any questions.
