I dropped off my car August 27th, 2012, to be repaired for an accident and hail damage from a May storm. My husband and I had met with the owner, Teddy, to discuss the deductible and go over the insurance estimate and were told no deductible would
be due and all repairs would be done for the amount my insurance had written on their form ($2995.94). 

Two days later I called to check on the status of my car and was told a supplement had been filed for further damage and they weren't touching the car until they had claims rep back out to issue the money for the additional costs.  My claims adjuster called a day later and advised me they were filing a claim for an additional $4000+ worth of repairs, he thought this was excessive.  My husband contacted the shop who claimed the adjuster was basically lying about the claim amount so we called the insurance company back and had a new rep sent.  He called and advised us they had reached an additional settlement with the shop for the repairs and left the paperwork and check in my glove box to sign when I pick up the car. 

I went in to pick up the car that Friday (9/7/12) and walked around to check the car. 

I noticed some dents they were paid to fix but hadn't, and I noticed the paint and clear coat bubbling at the back window.  The body shop repair guys told me the car needed to sit in the sun for a few days and that bubbling would go away.  They then sent Teddy out who told me the same thing and said he if there were issues after the couple days bring the car back.  He went over where I saw dents and said my insurance didn't pay for those. 

I went into my car to get the paperwork the insurance adjuster left me and there was nothing in the glove box. I asked Teddy if someone had been in my car and removed papers and he said there were no papers left in the car. I advised him the adjuster left them and he swore the adjuster gave him the check ($2148.99) and left no papers. 

I took the car home (9/7/12). Saturday morning (9/8/12) I went outside to get a better look at the car and noticed the bubbling was now cracking and more dents were showing up.  I walked around with my husband and we noticed dents, the luggage rack was broken, the hood and bumper were misaligned, the side panels on both sides were still dented, and paint was coming off.  When we got in the car, we noticed some of the back vents were broken; the plastic molding inside the car had been broken/gouged with screwdriver.  Also, the seatbelt adjusters were all broken and my back tail lights were scratched and the molding on one was broken.  I made a list of the damage we noticed and contacted the shop.  We were advised Teddy was not in. 

Monday morning (9/10/12) I drove to the shop with my list and asked for Teddy, I was approached by two body shop guys and they asked what my issue was.  I handed them the list and began walking around showing them the issues.  The guys told me they didnt do it and I needed to do another insurance claim.  They walked inside and Teddy walked out with the list.  I advised him they were paid to do the repairs and they caused the damage.  He told me he would call me in a few hours to make arrangements. 

When I hadnt heard from him by 9/11/12, I called the shop again, the woman asked my name, she then put me on hold and came back saying he wasnt there.  I didnt hear from him that day either so I took my car to the dealership to get an estimate to repair my car ($3062.47). 

I called the body shop back and Teddy answered.  He told me he wasnt fixing it.  I advised him he was fixing this because he had been paid to fix it and the other stuff was damage he caused.  I told him I wanted a date to drop it off and for him to book the rental car, he said Ive already been paid, we arent fixing it."  He actually laughed after saying this. He hung up on me and now refuses to take my calls.

 this company did the exact samething to me. good thing is my insurance company put a stop payment on the check. then teddy parker the owner calls me threating me that he will f*ck me up and my car and put a lien on it and come take it. I have contacted in kfor in your corner, an attorney and filed a police report against teddy parker for the threats.

As far as the deductible being waived, my husband and I were (and are) more than capable of paying it. Mr. Parker is the one who looked over the claim paperwork and told us it was more than enough money to cover all the damages and the deductible wouldn't need to be paid. It was only after they had it in the shop they started trying to get more money. They tried initially to get over $4000 in additional damages. It wasn't until an insurance adjuster from State Farm advised them the situation was fishy that they backed off and took the settlement of $2100+ from the adjustment supervisor. The owner, Teddy, also threatened the first adjuster which is why it escalated to the supervisor. (My insurance company has this fully documented.)

The body shop knew about the additional damages from the car accident because I brought the car in the day after the accident happened to get an estimate to repair it. This was the Thursday night before the Monday I was scheduled to drop it off. (The other insurance company is also aware of the issues with the repair work for their claim.)

My husband and I were never upset about the car having to wait on repairs until the supplement came through. We weren't told it was waiting on a supplement until I called to make sure Progressive had come out to estimate the damages and make their payment. It was only then I was told no work had been done and wouldn't be for a few days. We talked to our insurance companies to make sure the rental would be covered, I didn't know (nor was it ever mentioned) that they were contacting them.

The only offer I received to bring the car back in was on the Saturday when we called with our issues about the damages and bad work. I brought my car back in and was told by Teddy he would call me back in a few hours. I didn't hear from him and finally called him two days later when he laughed that he had already been paid and he wouldn't be fixing anything. There has been no attempt from anyone at their shop to contact us AT ALL! I believe they are making this statement now only because they know we have been in contact with the BBB, Ripoff.com, and the Attorney General's office. I can prove they have never made any attempts to call us since the car came out of the shop. (phone records)

My husband and I never yelled at anyone at this shop. I am the one who called and told Teddy I wanted them to pay for the rental car and to fix it correctly.  I would have been perfectly happy if they just repaired the bad work and damages they caused. They were more than paid for the work. We advised them we would be getting an attorney only after they refused to fix their bad work and damages to my car they caused. This shop has done nothing to remedy this situation except for laugh at us and refuse phone calls.

They are correct in stating I have not called recently because they have told me where they stand so why would I continue to call and call.

I have taken my car to the dealership and had them review all the paperwork from my insurance company, and Progressive. I have the estimates from them noting everything that was already paid for and not fixed, and everything that was damaged. I have also had both insurance companies back to my house to notate and take pictures of everything.

After reading their statement, I am even sorrier I used them. The lies contained in their statement just support how deceptive I know they are.

To anyone reading this, don't be as stupid as I was.  Don't use this shop! They have no interest in anything but taking your money and leaving you to pick up the mess. Believe me, it will be one of the most expensive mistakes you ever make.

Mrs. V**** brought her 2007 Honda Odyssey into the shop on 8/27/2012 to be repaired from hail damage. 

She brought in an Insurance claim and estimate that she had received from Cat Auto OK.  Upon inspection of the vehicle and the estimate we found more damage to her vehicle.  Including damages that were received during a car accident.  At that time I (Amy Stark, Office Manager) explained to Mr. & Mrs. V**** that we would be filing a supplement for the additional damage caused during the hail storm and the damage to front fender caused by the accident. 

The supplement for hail damage was from her insurance company and the damage to fender came from Progressive the insurance company of the person who hit Mrs. V****.  When Mr. V**** called me to check on the progress of his vehicle at that time I explained to him that we were awaiting an insurance adjuster for the supplement.  I also explained to him that we could not do anything to his vehicle until the insurance adjuster came out.  I explained to Mr. V**** that if we began work on his vehicle before the adjuster looked at it he would not be able to make an accurate adjustment to the claim. 

He seemed upset but understood.  I personally called the insurance company to make sure the Visalli's rental car would be covered for the time period in which we would have their vehicle.

Once we received the supplement and the claim for the fender we began the work on the mini Van.  Every dent, ding, scratch and paint which was covered in both claims  was repaired, replaced, repainted and fixed.  I was not here when Mrs. V**** came in on 9/10/2012 with her list, when I returned to work Teddy told me about the situation. At that time we offered the V****s to bring the van back and we would call the insurance adjustor back out and have him look at the vehicle.  Mr. V**** was not agreeable to this.  On 09/12/2012 Mr. V**** called the shop and I answered the phone he asked to speak with Teddy and since he was not here I informed Mr. V**** that he was not here. 

He proceeded to scream at me and tell me we were fixing his car for free and we were paying for his rental car while we did it.  I calmly explained to Mr. V**** that if there were damages to the vehicle that were not repaired we would need to call the insurance adjustor for an additional supplement and then we could fix the things that were not in any of the previous claims.  He did not want to do so.  I explained to him that I was willing to show him the claim and point out each and every item on the supplement and show him that everything the insurance company paid for had indeed been fixed. 

At that point he became very angry and hung up. About 20 minutes later he phoned back, asked for Teddy again I told him that he was out of the office and he said that was fine we would be hearing from his attorney and then he hung up.  I work in the office Monday through Saturday all hours and since Mr. V**** told me I would hear from his attorney and hung up on me, he nor his wife Mrs. V**** have ever called again.  Teddy has always taken their calls when he has been in the office.  The V****s were always treated with the up most respect when they were in our shop or on the phone. 

Furthermore, we are sorry that they are unsatisfied with the work we did on their vehicle.  We went above and beyond to make them happy and even fixed a few dents/dings on their vehicle that were not covered in any of the claims.  They are still more than welcome to come to the shop and have the additional repairs done. 

However, there will have to be an insurance claim for them and Complete Auto Solutions/Teddy Parker will not be out of pocket for any of these expenses.  Mr. Parker even waived the V****s deductible for them so that they didnt have any out of pocket expenses to repair their vehicle.  So we fill that we have bent over backwards to make the V****s happy. And we are still willing to help them with the repairs to their vehicle.  Since the incedent Mr. & Mrs. V**** have not tried to contact us to come to a solution in the matter nor have they returned any of my phone calls.  The only thing they have done to "try" to resolve the issue is make faulty claims of our wrong doing and all we have done is try to make them happy.
