I was referred to Complete Sleep Analysis for a "sleep disorder" by a Doctor whom I visited. I contacted Complete Sleep Analysis and spoke to them about coming to see them to see if I had a sleping problem. They alledgedly checked with my Insurance Company and I was told that the study was 100% covered. I made an initial appointment and had to cancel to due to some work commitments.

Sam from Complete Sleep Analysis continued to call me to re-schedule my appointment time after time-it was apparent she was "commission" driven as she did everything she could to get me in there....I finally went to the appointment and after the treatment I was told by the Tech there "that this was the worst referral he had ever seen." I was not a candidate for this whatsoever he said...this led me to believe the Doctor who referred me was receiving something in return for his referral.

I never thought twice about this until I got a bill in the mail for $824.40. I phoned immediatley and was told they would call me back....of course nothing and then a few weeks/maybe a month later another letter.

I phoned and spoke with the Owner and he said that on Monday he would call me and I thought this fair since it was late Friday. Of course, NOTHING. Then another letter. I called Sam again on speaker phone so that my two collegues could hear what was potentially going to be said.

Sam proceeded to tell me: "that she got notice that it was not going to be 100% covered by my Insurance Company but was unable to tell me as she was not working the night I came in." She then hung up the phone as we could tell by the pause that she knew she had screwed up in telling me this! She could not have calledor at least left a message for the Tech to tell me?

After a call from their "internal collections" they sent me to a Collection Agency who I have no idea who they are...they just called and said that they would try and collect from me in another 2 weeks which should be this coming week-March 5th. A friend said to dispute this debt in writing to the collection company but I had no idea of who they were-will ask for something in writing as I have got nothing in the mail as of yet.

I have talked to my Insurance carrier (Humana PPO) and they cannot do anything to them as they are not in the network or something like that. Any one willing to help?
