Completely Fresh Foods/ Brandon Dixon Jack Daniels Meats refuse to do what they promised Montebello, California
I bit into a bone or something hard when eating their pulled pork. I immediately got a tooth and head ache. The next day I contacted them by email telling them of the incident. A person named Maria called me the next day, and I gave her the details. I told her I was going to give it a few days to see if it goes away and if it doesnt that I would need to see a dentist. She said ok and to keep her updated.
One week later I went to the dentist and told them what happened. They took an x-ray and said it was a cracked tooth. I called Maria back the next day and told her what the dentist found. She said she would talk to her supervisor, who later I found out is Brandon Dixon, and would get back to me.
A little time passed and I got a call from Maria before my next dentist appointment who said they talked it over and told me that they will pay for the dental procedure , and just to hold on to the receipts and when the dentist is done that she will give me an address to send the receipts to and they will reimburse me. I told her Thank you very much and I will call her after the dentist.
So I go to the dentist and they end up having to pull my tooth because it is cracked all the way up into the gums.
I call Maria the next day and told her what happened and what the total price is going to be and that is a 8-9 month procedure, and asked if I could get paid back as I get the receipts instead of waiting for 9+ months for the total payment. She said probably not but would ask her supervisor and that she would get back with me.
A few days later I get a call from Brandon Dixon who is Maria's Supervisor and he wants all the details that I already gave Maria so I gave them to him. He apologized for what happened and said he will do everything he can to resolve this and seemed very concerned about helping me . I told him that Maria already called and said that you guys are going to pay for this and all he had to say is we will see what happens.
Two days later I get a call from their insurance company and tell me they are not paying for anything. I told them that the procedure has already started and that Mari told me they were paying for my Dental procedure. They said since they turned it over to their insurance company that the insurance company makes the decision. They said they would get a hold of Maria and Brandon and ask what they said. They called me back and said Maria never said anything that she told me and the case is closed.
I called Brandon and got his voice mail and told him to call me back, of course I have not heard back from him Thank you Maria and Brandon for being such scum bag liars and causing me more stress than I had when this all began.

Whats wrong Phillip and Maria? You guys seem to like reading this but still have nothing to say? I would love to hear what you have to say. You could have done the right thing, but no. Since you did not, As far as I am concerned you and Maria owe me the $4000.00. dental bill. Just remember this losers...... KARMA.

First of all, I messed up on the spelling on what he told me on the last update Dixon not Dixson.
Now to add to another lie this loser told me. He said he would call me after my dentist app. and guess what, I have still not heard from him. What do you expect from a dirt bag? I know you or that other scum Maria are reading this because you keep clicking not helpful.
By the way,cant wait to meet both of you in person.

To further prove what a liar this guy is, he told me his name was spelled Dixson, after further looking into it I found his name is phillip brandon dickson. Just proves everything and more about him and his character.
