On Friday March The 24TH 2012 held in Spartanburg SC. My Family and I saw an add on tv for Liquidation Sale with Laptops, TV's, clothing along with other items. We were in the market for A laptop with little money we decided to try out the sale. When entering the building that the sale was held at it costed $7 @ the door per ADULT. I wanted to turn around but my son pleaded to go in. Paid the $7 for the entry fee, seemed like an indoor yard sell to me, but proceed anyway to the laptops with vendors clawing as you walked. Found the laptops and browse for awhile and a oddly dressed man approached me and stated talking about memory for I needed it for etc. After telling him my budget, he showed me a couple of laptops that would work. Finally he showed me a Dell Latitude for $250. HE STATED IT HAD PLENTY OF MEMORY FOR GAMES SCHOOL WORK ect. EVEN SAID IT HAD WINDOWS VISTIA.
Got home laptop would not even turn on. Called the number left messages still not respond. CHARGE FOR TWO DAYS. Finally turned on has WI FI not enough memory for quickbooks, school work, or game (which really upset the children). Now I cant start online classes because I do not have a laptop it starts April 9, 2012. And no way to sign in. I even search on ebay and Craigslist it would only sell for $160. It took 3 weeks to save that money. EVERYTHING HE TOLD ME WAS A LIE. I even tried to sell at a pawn shop to earn some of the money back they would not even buy it. I No the receipt there is not fax number or email. I just feel foolish.
