This company may or may not be shady but they certainly act like it. They hide their address and contact information behind what seems to be a third-party support system that makes you fill out two pages of forms just to file a request. It is now January 5, 2011. I ordered and paid for the product on December 23rd. I had to submit a support ticket to find out that the order should have shipped on the 30th. However, now their support site is down. With all the other reports filed on this company I am worried. I would not have filed this report if there were ANY way to contact this company.

The prices are clearly stated in the purchase. There's a picture of the item and you know how much the item weights. The policies state that if you dont agree with the policies or the pricing..simple go somewhere else and buy it.
The prices where clearly stated upfront prior to any payments being processed, the policies are clearly stated, your asked numerous times if you read and agreed to them, if you bught something you did it mulitple times.
So whats your point? You knew the product price and weights and shipment charges, and if you bought it, you were aware of everything.

Way to go Retailoperations asshat. Insult a customer when you could have just as easily explained the policy. Not that it matters, your company is a fraud.
To the OP, try contacting them at the following - although given this scammers attitude I wouldn't expect a good outcome. Sorry dude I think you've been had.

right after you place your order the shadiness begins. there is little
information about what you ordered and the status of your order (just a
order # and shipping method) with about 3 pages of disclaimers. in these
disclaimers that is a bit of info about CHARGEBACK/COLLECTIONS and that
states that if you call your bank and get your money back they will send you to collections and then bill you $100.00
a few days after you place your order you receive another vague email
stating your item(s) "has already shipped a few business days ago" with
out a tracking # or a way to check the status of youre item via the web
site. when you do wish to contact the company you have to go thru a 3rd
party website to get in contact with them, hello 3 more pages of
disclaimers and 2 pages of info you have to fill out to be able to send
them a ticket , thats right a ticket that only allows 250 characters in
the comment box. so you have to give them your order # and ask what is
going on. 3 days later they got back to me giving me a different date of
delivery, it is now past both of those dates.
NOTE: i ordered 2, 6 inch cords and the shipping cost was 17.98 (the two items totaled 9.78 and weighed about .15lbs a peace)
weather or not my item has been shipped on said date (that is vague date
to begin with) there is no way for the buyer to know due to no tracking # and the lack of communications from/with the company also that you have to go thru a 3 party to contact the company.
i am currently in contact with my bank and opening an investigation on this matter without initiating a "chargeback".
i really hope i do get this part some time bc then my bank informed me
that i can open law suit and open a case with the better business bureau
(thank you usaa for being so helpfull).
im not looking for money at all but i am looking to shut places like computechnologies down.

This one goes down in the books as the biggest screwball liar ever! Buys an item on Christmas Eve and then 3 days later that Monday is complaining why his item isnt delivered!
Makes all these claims that we hide our address and contact information, when he puts some what is that up in the left hand corner, wow our company information! Claims to not have a way to contact our company.
Comes into our support site and instead of asking for shipment status, he bitches and complains about how his item isnt here on the monday after Xmas. Mind you that the east coast got 30 inches of snow on Monday after Xmas, but no people like him with no intelligence doesnt seem that.
Contradicts himself in 10 lines of his fake response. First says he goes to our support site, and then at the end says if there was a way to contact our company. Just loads of lies! Enters our support site on December 29, 2010 at 4:30 PM, and expects the item to be there right after xmas after a 30 inch snow storm. Says no way to contact our company, but yet he's got the information posted right there.
Our support site is not down, you got blacklisted idiot! Its typical people like him is why we had to place a legal disclaimer. Makes claims that on January 05, 2011, he doesnt have the item, another lie!
