No need to rebuttal here. If you are a consumer, this company is not the place to purchase. Terrible customer service. As you can read from his rebuttal. They assume that the credit card wasnt mine because I go by my middle name not my first name, which my card has, That is the reason why I wanted some type of correspondence, but no. Thats just too much work.

Be careful, They also start posting on other sites with your personal information. As he did to me out of spite. Take a look. He even goes on a racist rant...

"Sellers no matter what you do get rid of this stupid as*hole spick from Florida. This as*hole will purposely use someone elses credit card to make purchases and then start to complain left and right 3 days after the purchase. This a*****e spick will go into review sites and start spreading bullshit lies about your company just to get your attention. Get this all over a $3.50 item. This as*hole knows full well that we dont give out any information to no other person other than the cardholder, but this as*hole is too stupid and illiterate to read so he puts all his contact information.

Not even 3 days goes by and he's already harrassing you about shipment, when this as*hole moron states he read everything and the policies are right infront of this morons face. Then he will fill a form out once again state once again he knew everything the policies state, and again written in bold print, we dont give out any information to no one else other than the cardholder. First he goes to the online store does the checkout and cant follow directions or comprend it. First it says dont put anyone elses credit card other than yours. What does this moron do, he uses someone esles credit card of his family.

IDIOT STRIKE #1 This moron should of had his order deleted and cancelled. 3 Days later this idiot starts bitching and complaining over the shipment of a $3 cable! So knowing full well we dont release anyone elses information regarding the sale except the cardholder, this moron starts b*tching and complaining why we not giving him any informaiton, obvious, so the so called telephone calls would of gotten you the same response, idiot!

IDIOT STRIKE #2. This idiot then finally fills out the contact form and purposely steals the identity of the cardholder. He is playing his little bullsh*t games filling out the form pretending to be the cardholder

(1) this idiot is such a bs artist. Because idiots like him cant read, say they legally agreed to not 1 time but 2 times that they read the policies, then they would know exactly how the order is handled. Despite the terms being displayed point blank in his face, this idiot just goes on a b*tched and complains. If this moron actually read the terms and conditions that were displayed point blank to his face, then this moron would of seen the invoice directly below the policies.

(2) Proof this idiot doesnt read anything. Idiot if you read the policies, obviously you cant read, its says the only method of contact is via the contact us link and they do not answer direct emails or phone. but you were too stupid to look for the Contact Us link that was right next to the about us. Yeah you were too stupid and lazy to fill a 10 second form. Dumb*ss, doesnt bother to say that under that phone number and email address there's a disclaimer that says they dont answer emails direct or phone to use the contact link, dumb*ss idiot!

(3) the terms and conditions are clearly stated and the shipment time frame is clealry stated, this as*hole, just another Florida moron. You file a chargeback when you complete a legal contract with anyone, this as*hole files a dispute before the clearly stated time frame, then yeah your going to get your a*s thrown to court! Its called shop lifting and idiots like you do the same thing. If you take a product off the shelf or buy an item online and you file a dispute for non receipt or whatever, if you cant prove the merchant didnt ship after the clearly stated time frame then you just committed fraud! The only way a non receipt dispute is valid is that you can prove that the merchant shipped the product outside what they had stated. This as*hole more than likey filed a dispute 30 seconds after buying the product. its called petty larceny as*hole. Morons like you like to rip off online merchants and think you can hide behind your credit card company sitting there playing stupid.  We got sick and tired of dealing with dumba*s moron bullsh*t artists like this idiot.

The terms and the legal contact that the merchant is willing to sell the product to you. You think you can just file a chargeback with your bs, what you did was fraud.
