I made the mistake of not following the other rip off reports that I had seen when googling for Computer Geeks contact details.  These guys are totally incompetent and will take your money then keep your laptop for 2 weeks and hand it back to you with no explanation as to what needs replaced/fixed.  In the UK the Office of Fair Trading would honestly have shut these guys down a long time ago - you cannot charge for a service that you are not capable of providing.  Alas, I am doubtful that Cayman has any such organisation.  Please do not take anything here to be fixed.  I should have trusted my judgement and walked out of the store when asked for a deposit of $80 CI.  My laptop was simply overheating as happens to many HPs and all I have done is waste money with no answer as to what is wrong or apology for not calling me once.  "Sorry I am not able to tell you what is wrong".  No offer of a refund.  Not to mention that, the first 2 times I went into the store to check on my laptop, it was sitting open in the dusty store.  I'm no tech wizard but I'd say that can never be a good thing.  SAVE YOUR MONEY.  Do your research.

This report reffers to the previuos managment how unfortunately went out of business.

The name has change as well to computergeekz.ky
