Computer Pros Took my Dell Tower to Computer Pros because the fans were to loud. A sales man said would fix it, in the mean time I bought another Dell tower which another sales man swore up and down It worked great Greeneville, Tennessee
Took my 6000.00 Dell Tower to Computer Pros because the fans were to loud. All I wanted done was fans to be replaced. A sales man said he would fix it by ordering new fans. In the mean time I bought another Dell tower so i could play my games while this one was being fixed, which another sales man swore up and down It worked great for what I wanted to do with it, play games. Paid 150.00 with my debit card. (plus tax)
Took it home, plugged it in, went to Mafia Wars Game and the computer froze..
Took the tower back within a few hours, no refund would be issued to me only credit .ok, fine I will use it towards the new fans and something else...go back home...meantime their working on my other Tower..
Call me up 2 weeks later to pick it Tower, they replaced the Power Supply charged me 140.00 plus labor and never touched the fans, nor cleaned it, or analyzed the tower...I said nothing was wrong with the power supply. I needed fans replaced. I said put my old power supply back in and i refuse to pay for the power supply.ok..no problem...no refund, again ! credit only...kept it another week...put in new fans AND charged me 75.00 for another part, 50.00 for the fans...ANOTHER labor fee and some other bullsh*t....I said no no no...you should of called me before you go and put in this new part for 75.00 and asked me first no no I am not paying for this blah blah blah...ok...they took the 75.00 charge off and I still had to pay for the second labor fee and the analyze fee.. now have a credit of 150.00 at this store for what? and is this even correct?omg should i dare....Their very unprofessional and a rip off...
Conclusion: So I went back to buy a "New" laptop using the credit that i had established at Computer Pros. I asked for the Toshiba Lap top they had on displayed. They in return tell me they have a new one in the back and with that they ring me up and go to the back and within
a few seconds come out and tell me they are out of stock and I could have the display. I say I dont want the display, its used, not new and I want my money back.Back and forth with conversation, well this display is new we just put it out blah blah blah then why are there finger prints all over it? By now I am worn down.. Well, they say, I can only have a credit.....so here we go again..I end up taking the display because basically I had no choice and neither would
they discount the Display Model...DO NOT SHOP OR GET REPAIRS AT THIS COMPANY AND
I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU....
I would like a full refund back for everything so I can go purchase a new
Laptop at best buy where i could get it for 350.00 instead of the 499.00 price
they had on theirs and a refund for the work done on my Tower that did not fix the problem at all. The fans are still loud and tower is not being used.
I would like a full refund on all Labor fees since the
job wasn't done right and i was charged multiple labor fees. Whatever they did do to my Dell Tower, my tower is not working the same any more and the Fans are so loud I can not use this Tower.
I would like for the public to be aware of their shady business dealings so no body else gets ripped off the way I did...Everytime I went into this place of business, it was always a different man I was
talking to and no one knew what the other person was doing.. I am on Disability
and only get 763.00 a month...I feel fully taken advantage off, LIED to, mislead and used.
