Beware you will get screwed by this company. We are a new company that found them advertising on craigslist. They promised the world to us up front. Chad Seymour said we had a free no obligation 14 day trial. We went for it and got the phone system from them. We had problems from day one with call quality issues. They never resolved the call quality issue. We asked to cancel the service and they ended up charging us $850. They also are trying to charge us to break the 3 year agreement. I already filed a bbb complaint. WE CANCELED WITHIN THE 14 DAY TIME PERIOD!!!!!! Save yourself the time and headache and deal with another phone provider. These guys are a JOKE!!!

We where able to resolve our issue civilly and was more of a misunderstanding between Chad and his billing department. They honored what they initially told us about the free 14day trial.. Chad handled the situation with integrity.
