ConAm Management Chelsea investment co failure to disclose death just prior to movein with no bio haz cleanup ,false adv on units no managerthey have been sued before in re: family units we are seniors san diego California
I contacted these apts from out of state and was told many lies about where transportation was even hardwood floors Never had a pic of them When I came across country I came to an apt that someone died un attended for 3 days and not clean for the bio hazards it caused. The management NEVER told me which is required by law even when I ? the smell. This place has only been open 9 mos and most tenants are unhappy They are not getting what was promised there is no manager etc etcI am still in an apt I believe to be not good smell is some what better and I have a sore throat most of the time We need help to get this management co gone. These are considered in a pristine devel and we should feel lucky to be here. Any lawyers or reporters would be welcomed by many residents. we are all very coherent! Versa Civita is the name of this
