The only thing you can believe when you talk to Mike Kvachuk or David Young which name he uses to transact business is that his mouth is open and moving as everything that comes out of his mouth is a blatant lie. I purchased a car from Concept Auto and was told by Mr. Kvachuk that the car was accident free. He read to me the Carfax Report which he induced me to purchase the car. The hood on the car I purchased would not stay open. I went to a Hyundai dealer who examined the hood and reported that the hood had so much bondo on the hood from previous accidents that the hood lifter was not defective but rather as a result of major accidents the hood would not stay up. The car he sold to me was in two serious accidents which he neglected to tell me about when he read me the carfax report. Another trick they use is I was charged $991.50 for dealers prep. They did no dealers prep as the car broke down on the way home because of a pinhole in one of the rims that caused the tire to run flat. To induce me to purchase the car Mr. Kvachuk told me he would warrant the car for one year. The guarantee ended the day I picked up the car not like the one year I was promised as a condition to purchase the car. He misrepresented the mileage on the Bill of Sale as he certified to the State of Florida that the mileage was actual 28131 while when I picked the car up the mileage was 29,768. A favorite trick of Concept Auto is to overcharge for registering the car. I was overcharged and I had to file a complaint with the State of Florida to refund the overcharged amount to me. I was told one price and as soon as I wired a deposit they changed the price charging me $2000.00 more. In closing you would be better off walking than buying a car from Concept Auto. They should win an award for ripoff as that is how they sell their cars.

On the State of Florida Application for Vehicle Certificate of title that Concept Auto furnished to the Department of Motor Vehicles "Under penalties of PERJURY, I declare that I have read the foregoing document and that the facts stated in it are true" Concept Auto declared the odometer as having 28,131 miles. The car fax clearly shows on 8/22/2012 when the car was reported in Dealer Inventory and offered for sale the mileage was 28,633. When I picked up the car on January 23 2013 the odometer clearly showed 29,768. I have reported the discrepancy to the Department of Motor vehicles and they can investigate how concept committed perjury as the car did not have 28,131 miles as reported to the Florida Department of motor vehicles. It is in their hands to determine if Concept Auto committed perjury by investigating the matter.
It is quite obvious with the amount of spelling errors that Mr. Kvachuk has trouble reading and writing the English language. I also call your attention to complaint # 745994 filed against Concept auto on June 27, 2011 when someone who purchased a car from his dealership reported that 8 warning lights went on and in spite of Concept Auto saying the car was accident free it was later found out the car was in numerous accidents.
If you need a car and do not mind being swindled deal with Concept Auto. Concept auto specializes in deceitful business practices to sell there cars that have been in multiple accidents and BEWARE.

I filed a claim with the bonding company that insures Concept Auto and they investigated the matter and totally agreed with me. If you read the report written by Mr. Kvachuk there are so many spelling errors and how could he sell a Hyundai Car without knowing how to spell Hyundai. I suspect he must have been drunk or just an illiterate bufoon. The bonding company after the investigation realized that Concept Auto uses fraudelent business practices and sent me a check for several thousand dollars to settle my claim. Mr Kvachuk committed fraud when he misrepresented the mileage on the Hyundai Genesis as he falsely reported to the State of Florida on the Certificate of Title that the odometer had 28,131 actual miles when he showed I acquired the vehicle on 01/18/2013.
The carfax that I was able to obtain from the Hyundai dealer shows the mileage of the car on 8/22/2012 was 28,633 and when I picked up the car the mileage was 29,768 miles on the odometer and he falsified the mileage to the department of motor vehicle bureau. I understand this is a felony to not report accurate mileage when a car is being transferred. The Hyundai dealer inspected the hood of the car as it would not stay up as a result of the front end accident and amount of bondo put on the hood as opposed to replacing the hood.
The dealer knows more than any incompetent mechanics who are employed by Concept Auto. The charge for dealer prep was tantamount to stealing. The car broke down on my way home as there was a pin hole in the rim of the front left tire that I had to have repaired. Concept Auto misrepresented the history of the car and never offered me a carfax as if I had seen the car was a rental and in two major accidents I would not have purchased the car. I am very happy because the bonding company recognized that Concept Auto uses fraudelent business practices and sent me a check for what I was entitled to for the claim.
I am going to follow up with the department of Motor Vehicles and have them investigate the mileage that he certified to the department as being accurate as the carfax clearly proves Mr. Kvachuk falsified the mileage and there should be a penalty for that kind of lying. In closing Mr Kvachuk's rebuttal to my original complaint is a continuation of his lying and misrepresenting the facts. Mr Kvachuk told more lies than Pinocchio and his nose must be very long. I caution anyone to be extremely careful dealing with Concept as they use fraudelent business practices to sell junk cars.

You sir! are a blabbering fool! and shoud be ashamed of your self!!!
You got my name from the state department records as i am an owner of this dealership... You have NEVER spoke to me, seen me nor heard from me as i am not involved in daily operations of the dealership...
you did deal with David Yong who works for our company... (he is still here today)
you say that he induced you to buy the car from us over the phone??? how did he do that??? you live 200 miles away from the dealership, you called us after you seen the car on our website and we sent you a buyers order over the fax, which showed the price of the car, sales tax, dealer fee and the registration fee (which is always aproximate since we dont know the exact amount until we get it from the state)
you also had access to a free carfax report from our website wich you obtained...
Obviosly you liked everything so much, that you immideatly signed the buyers order and wired a $2000 deposit to our account so we hold the car for you...
several days later you came and paid the ballance and picked up the car...
The reason you wrote this slanderous report is because you had a flat tire on your way back ('BECAUSE OF PINHOLE IN ONE OF THE RIMS"???) and you wanted us to pay for the new tire wich we refused and several months later you hood hinge shock broke and you went to Hynday dealership and they refused to change it for free and you wanted us to pay for it wich we also refused.... And you have been trying to get us to pay you for these things to no awail... you tried everything; writing to DMV, consumer affairs... but they all have told you that you are on your own.
You have warned us and you sure followed through... but as we told you over the phone; WE WILL NOT BE EXTORTED.
why else would you file this SLANDEROUS report over 1 year after your purchase (you bought the car in January 2013)
we told you that we warranty the car 100% as we waranty all the late model cars that we sell, but we must perform all work at our dealership, you had other ideas...
You say that we overcharged you on the registration... we sure did! and we refunded you the ballance of $35
your claim abot the mileage and bondo on the hood is rediculous... nothing else comes to mind...
in your complaint to DMV you wrote something abot the bird hiting the car???... Just like i said in the beggining, You Sir!, are Blabbering FOOL!!!
Concept auto inc is in business cince 1995 We have thousands satisfied cutomers and we pride ourselfes on selling late model cars and staying behind them as we are also a cerified repair shop... you are the first customer to post on this website....
