"Consumer Portfolio Services" And "The Finance Co." CPS harassing phone call,insults me and hangs up when im one month behind,or even a few days befor due date, Internet
These people are idiots-6 months after i puchased this van they started calling me a few days before my due date wanting me to give them my banking information or a post dated check and being very rude about it even after i said i had already mailed the payment,this has happened 2 or 3 times a year over the last 3 years-thats how long ive had the van by the way!.i notified them once that i would be late on a payment and they said they would enter a hardship deferment in my case(my father had just died and i was overwhelmed with bills)a month later they called me threatening to repo my van and said they had no such thing as a hardship deferment,THE LADY DOING THIS IS SOME HISPANIC LADY IN IRVINE CA AND HER SUPERVISOR-,im sure you have all talked to her.she threatens me with repossession and before i can tell her anything she hangs up on me.she has also threatened to call my family that i listed as references and tell them how irresponsible i am.she has also threatened some kind of lean on my property for some odd reason-(i was a month behind at the time,this is right after my dad died).
I told them recently to come and get the van that i wasnt paying them anymore because we lost or house due to forclosure and couldnt afford it,but i agreed to send them another payment(that i had to borrow) and they agreed to forget about the month i was behind,i sent them my last payment on the 3rd of november and they said it was recieved on the 6th,my payment is due on the 10th.i called them the day before thanksgiving after recieving a letter that i was now 2 months behind and in reppossession status they said i was only a month behind and agreed to let me pay that month at the end of January when we recieved out taxes-OK SHE SAID,WE UNDERSTAND EVERYONE IS HAVING A LITTLE TROUBLE RIGHT NOW THATS FINE<THANKS FOR KEEPING IN TOUCH WITH US<HAVE A GREAT HOLIDAY!-that was the lady in pheonix by the way-the day after thanks giving the b***h in IRVINE THE HISPANIC ONE calls me chews me out and tells me that im 2months behind and there coming to get de van.then hangs up on me-pissed i call her back and get her supervisor the other b***h and she says if you dont pay for yo stuff we gonna come get it,so i told her told her i was tired of thier harassment that they needed to come get the F##$%ing van-and of course she hung up me...i could go on about how much time ive spent on the phone with them but im getting tired of typing or i could tell you about the man that called and basicly told me if i didnt make my payment they were going to sue me and garnish my wifes check and my disability by the way the lady that posted the comment about working for this company and how they do the right thing,exuse me you are a liar and an idiot!
