New Jersey Victems, PLEASE come to Federal Court Blg in Newark NJ on April 8th 2005 4PM Judge Greenaway USDJ is holding a show cause hearing for us against Conti, Fairbanks, Litton. Why the sale of our home shouldn't be stopped.
These terrible companies took all of disabled Plaintiff's (ME) Retroactive 2 years of Social Security Payments, disability checks & compensation checks. Mortgage paid 1995-2004 = $149,000.00 Bankrupted plaintiffs, ruined credit violated HTC, HUD, Fair credit reported etc, etc., etc.
All the time promising "NO FOECLOSURE>>>YOU CAN "BUY" BACK YOUR HOME!!" IN state court promised "good faith negotiations" for sale kept legal information away from us...the same old ball of wax they have been doing for years...AND NEVER DID NEGOTIATE IN GOOD FAITH.
Add your story to ours...why ISN'T OUR NEW JERSEY ATTORNEY GENERAL JOINING THE FIGHT??? Our senators...any of our representatives?????
