Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
This company was 2 days late picking up our household items, they never called us to tell us they would be late. When the guy showed up he showed up in a truck I figured would never make it to our new hom a few states away. They were suppose to deliver last Friday and it is now Monday morning and they have not made it. I called Saturday and was on hold after following the prompts for being a customer for over 60 mins. I hung up and found the cell number to the driver and he said he was broke down somewhere with transmission problems. I told him it would be nice for someone to call me and let me know, he told me he couldn't believe the company never called. He was very nice. I called the company back and followed the prompts as a new customer and got right through. They told me too bad that my stuff was late and there was not going to be a discount. I was also made to believe it was my fault that they had to pay to get the truck fixed. (even though I knew they didn't own the truck and it was owned by the driver and leased on to them.) This company has the worst customer service I have ever seen and that means they are worse than the local drive through and that is bad. They sure do make it sound nice when you first call. My attorney suggested that if I move again to make sure the contract states penalties to be assessed to the Moving company for missed appointments. If they won't add that then they will be late.
