convergent outsourcing inc, Verizon northwest inc., Palisades collection, ATERSO01 trying to collect from my mom on a 12+ year old account. That has already been written off. 10750 hammerly blvd. Houston tx 77043 ... nationwide
This company is trying to collect from my mother on an account that is at least 12 years old. I have called the number 866-291-6364 and they hung up on me when I told them that they are trying to collect on an account that has already been settled. He other phone number provided "if calling in error" 855-728-9701 just tells us to call the other number. This is a major scam.
My mother was about to pay this company. From reading other posts our government needs to Close companies down that are doing things like this to the older generation.

There are also three names of companies on the "Collection Letter"
The letter says that the original account was with Verizon Northwest Inc.
The creditor Palisades Collection.
The company trying to collect is Convergent Outsourcing Inc.
Don't get fooled by these companies that are trying to pull the wool over our older generation and government please step in and close them down.
