Never again will I step foot in that clinic. My puppy was having major anxiety &  behavioral issues  in which he ended up  biting my daughter and tearing her skin on her finger and arm in addition to my other children who were terrified of the dog. I immediately called my vet and expressed our concerns she highly recommended  and referred me to Dog Dynamite Trainer Jamie Diaz.   Unfortunaltey she turned out to be a big scam artist preying on families with money.  I expressed to her that  felt the puppy may not be a good fit for our family and that we may need to return him to the breeder.  She immediately started her 10 minute sales pitch trying to sell me evertyhing under the bridge. She came  to my home and the dog started biting her and chasing after her and the kids  but yet she  told me there was nothing unusual about my puppies behavior  and ignored the fact that the dog was running wild out of control and biting my kids, however she insisted that I spend over $700 in training lessons, then told me I should leave my dog in her puppy daycare all day for an extra cost so that she do intensive one on one training. Are you kidding me?? who has all that money to spend on a dog that apparently according to her does not have any behavioral issues. When I questioned her advice she became annoyed and told me the only other option is to leave him in the crate all day and feed him kongs filled with frozen soft food and chewy bones to keep his mouth busy. What kind of person would just leave their dog all day in a crate as a solution to a behavioral issue? I reached out to my Dr. several times to try and figure out what could be the problem and no one seemed to care.  As a matter of fact the Dr. and staff became very defensive and refused to acknowledge my experience with the trainer and the puppy.  It was obvious to me the the Hospital staff or owners  have a  close connection with Jamie Diaz because they have her brochures and pamplets all over the office and exam rooms.
Due to the lack of professionalism and lack of proper medical advice we decided to drop this coral springs animal hospital. We were decieved by thier slogan which reads "professional", compassionate and trusted"  which is all big lie. Once you have a problem with this hospital your are put on their black list and suddenly they start to treat you without respect.  Forget about trying to ask for a copy of your pets medical records because the incompetent front desk staff does not have a clue what that means.  Make sure you check all of your  pets medical records for accuracy and also ask for all the dr's notes.  You will be surprised what the Dr. will write in the notes that does not pertain to your pet.
