Corprorate Travel Discounters CTD Travel Scam Nationwide
I responded to a fax to my office indicating a special on discounted vacations, I selected a seven day cruise, and paid by check 450.00. This is the biggest scam when you call their customer service they will actually hang up on you are ask you why are you calling them. They have many complaints against them thru the BBB. I wish I would have done my homework prior to sending in my hard earned money.
They send you around in circles and no one will take responsibilty for answering my questions as to why I subjected to paying 867.00 per person for a trip that I had already paid for. I have lost 638.00 dealing with these clowns.
Stay away from them, the warning should be that intially they wont take credit cards only checks, that way your credit card company cant help you get your money back.
Their customer service reps are rude and make you feel like a fool, they ask you why are you calling us Duh! It is shame that they are not be prosecuted for their blatant commision of fraud.
