Correctional Billing Service It's an Evercom division. It is a system where you use prepay, I repeat prepay calling. They billed me for more, because they let it go over. Dallas Texas
This is a prepaid calling service for inmates of jails. Prepaid means that you have to pay for the service before you get it. They blocked the calls, but only after they said that it charged up 46.05 on my account, and had the nerve to bill me FOR A PREPAID CARD!!!!!!!
I did not put any more money on the prepaid card, so I haven't received any more calls from the inmate, which was my daughter. Anyway, with a prepaid card I don't understand how they can bill you.
