Cort Randell - Terri Bears - Scott Vaughn - Cathie Howzie ripoff, scam, united savings club Orlando Florida, Fairfax, Virginia
I bought a frachise from Unitedsavingsclub.com for $5000. After signing the contract I was to receive gas/grocery discount coupons within 10 days. This did not happen. I attended a franchise seminar at the Citrus-Club in Orlando run by USC (unitedsavingclub) and Franchiseitnow(FIN).
This was attended by Cort Randell and his wife. Scott Vaughn. Joined later by Terri Bears of Franchiseitnow. And 8 franchisees and some spouses. This seminar took place 5 weeks after I had signed the contract. Still no mention of when I would receive my coupons. I became suspious and did some research on the various people involved with both USC & FIN. Cort Randell had been in prison twice fo rmail fraud, wire fraud, stock fraud and various other charges. Terri Bears or Terri Bears-Nix or Terri Hatfield (all same person) had owned various scammer companies with Randell in Florida such as emodel.
I requested my money back in full. they refused! I am now taking a suit against these companies.

I am the former merchant account holder for the infamous backstabbing Cort Randell. He is your best friend if you let him take your money, but the first time you cry foul, he gets the devil in him and you don't know where his demon concubine, Cathy Rowzie will come out and strike in the dark. We all know the only reason you recanted, Ciaran is because you have no backbone (cahones) to stand up to the very man who deceived you. You have displayed the very lack of character you originally complained about Cort for. Could it be the paultry sum you got offered in exchange for your reversal? The Orlando Weekly story was truthful and kicks the s**t out of your weak attempt to shade the truth.

I wish to apologise to Cort Randell, Terri Bears, Scott Vaughn and Cathie Howzie. Teething problems at United Savings Club (not unusual for a start-up) led to accusations I now deeply regret. Glitches are not a criminal offense! Cort Randell is a man of his word and I can testify to that. The entire matter is being resolved to my complete satisfaction. He is a very intelligent and well meaning person. What happened in his (much) earlier life is now ancient history. United Savings Club is a terrific concept. Again, I regret my original comments and wish everybody at United Savings Club the success which is guaranteed to follow.
