1.) I work for Cosmi - i believe the emails you have wrote to us included profanity in which you stated that we were all M*****f***ers. You also stated that the entire state of Illinois could not use the program, and that if we were ever there - you would kill us. That sir, is a legal threat. 2.) Had you first investigated that Yahoo had their own software that they offer prior to you using our program, you would have not been in your state 3.) We do not charge for customer support. Our number is listed on the box, as well as the fact that we respond to emails, faxes, and letters. As a matter of fact, we even go on company money, to follow up with customers by calling them back directly. Try to get this level of customer support from other software companies. Let me know if you can receive a response regarding your concerns in usually, less than 24 hours. Cosmi offers a 30 day guarentee on our products, it even says so on the box of your program - with the exception of the Complete Tax program. Obviously - it seems as if this was a case of a misunderstanding with a dash of ignorance.
