Complaint Review: COSTCO CORPORATION - Nationwide

Most recently visited the Costco's store in the city of ; Cypress California. The address is: 5401 Katela Ave,Cypress Calif.90720. The phone number is: ( 562) 668-5150. I first noticed that when I went to have some pictures developed that some pictures were not developed. Yet I'm not one to complain. When Kim was a person I felt I could trust. She is a female white adult I felt I could trust. It was only my third visit to this store. Yet the first time here , I wore my yellow vest. Because I noticed how unsafe the drivers are in the parking lot , of the other : Costcos. In the city of ; Garden Grove, Calif. On my first previous visit to this Costco as I was just walking. A male white just started backing up. I moved or jumped back to avoid being hit. Then took a picture of his plate. My goal was to put his plate on FaceBook. To explain what this driver did. Then as I was walking another driver attempted to hit me. I read : Calif. Penal Code:( ATTEMPT : P.C.664. Is the same as : Nearly committing the act.Except hindred. Today is : Agust 2, 2014. I needed some pictures developed. As I was leaving the camera section: Kim of photos said the strangest thing: " Be safe". I don't even know her. It sounded like a terrorist threat. Calif. Penal Code:422. As I was walking toward my car ; I was going to show my pictures to employess that push carts. Then suddely I was approached and, ( detained and stopped of freedom movement ). Yet questioned: They did not physically touch. It appeaed to be a male Hispanic adult. He appeared to have a beared and a mustache. He was approximately : 5 ft x 8 inches. Then he was accompanied by another at will employee. He was a male white adult. About six foot two in height. I was under the impression to stop a person's freedom of movement is: False imprisonment. Calif. Penal Code:236 and 237. This was the second incident at this very same : Costco's in the city of ; Cypress California. The male Hispanic adult stated abruptly and rude and hostile toward me. He said," If you took pictures ,don't do it any more here"! I responded," The pictures developed were not here but out side of the property of ; Costco's. He continued: " Costco's policy is no member will take pictures of another members plate of his car". I nicely responded . I took picures of another member's plate because he attempted to hit me as he was backing.He indicated: " Then why did'nt you call the police". My response: " I don't call the police for everything "? As I recall , I may have stated , but only for an emergency. I insisted on talking over me. I responded ; " Two people can't speak at the same time, why don't you speak first and when you're finished then I will speak. He stated; " Again Costco does not want members to take pictures of another member's plate". I asked if he was finished speaking ? I started talking again. He again talked over me. This is the oldest trick in the book. This is why he brought his body guard. Not only for a witness. The goal is to instigate and elevate and provoke a situation. Or also known to some as the : ( Instigation of provokation techique ). Police use to use this technique to insinuate a suspect resisted arrest. So in stead of having a ntelligent conversation this is what occured. I strived explain the facts. Yet it appeared he decided to give the impression he did not know or was not aware of ; California Penal Code:664. Which reads: Every person who attempts to commit any crime ,but fails ,or is prevented or intercepted in its perpetration, shall be punished. When no provision is made by law for the punishment of the attempt. So I honetly believe this unsafe driver that backed hastly and unsafely ,would have hit me as I was walking. But his attempted hit and run was prevented because I jumped back and used my camera. Note: Although ; Costco's is private property the property is not completly exempt from public policy. If the owner makes rules on the property ,the rules must coincide with public policy. The property does have a stop sign. Yet its ignored. The drivers drive at various speeds. The manager must be very incompetant. He can assign those who push traffic carts to provide giving numbered parking. To drivers as they enter. Plus another to direct traffic. Close certain areas off to help direct the flow of traffic. Then have a big sign four foot by four foot at every entrance. Traffic rules no enforced. Yellow reflective back ground and red letters. The sign will be at every exit and entrance. Those directing traffic will have a golf cart and it will have blinking lights. The manager must be very new or is turning a blind eye. Honking the horn when backing. Look before backing. Come to a complete stop for all pedestrians. Stop at all signs that say : Stop or yield.  Note: With out order is chaos. This is the case in: The city of ; Garden Grove. The Costco's of Garden Grove,Calif. Next: The Calif.Vehicle Code: Section: 22106. Reads when backing it will be done: Or made: Reasonable and safely. This is not the case.So with this being said, on : August 2,2014. A total of ; Three incidents. The closing words from Kim. Of photo development. " Be safe". What was the reason for that? Was it a threat? Next: A male white adult with blue levis approached me. He asked can I help you. He was accompanied with another male white adult. I stated no thanks. All I was doing was looking at my pictures. His name tag said : Craig. Then Craig came by again. I presume he could'nt wait for my kind to leave the store. Come to find out according to : Craig. He does not even know anything about pictures. This is according to , Craig him self. He claims he only does electronics. Then what was he asking if he could help for ? Or is : Craig in reality a portion of: Loss prevetion and this is a Costcos for white people only? So he kept comming around and staring from the corner . This is called the famous : ( Burn out technique  ). In hopes only his kind shops here? Criag of , Coscos's Cypress should visit : Long Beach , Veteran's Hospital one day. He should go there and explain his white racist views: To all the none whites. Injured for America. Some with no legs. Some with missing arms. Some dying from agent orange and Gulf war syndrom. He should take his manager with him. They should get on the podium and explain how he will use the: ( Burn out technique ) if they are paid members and come to his store: Costco 5401  Katela Ave,Cypress Calif 90720. Phone number:( 562) 668-5150. Some one should post : Craig's face and his friend he was with and Philip the turn coat. Plus; Manager: Arleen's face. Put it on : Face book. Maybe all none whites can find a none white racist : Coscos. Then maybe : We can get all our pictures developed with out : Kim determining which ones we should get. When Philip of loss prevention was informed about the unasafe drivers at : Costco of Cypress. He became angered and hotile. At this point he demanded my : Costco's card I paid for. Question: What was the crime? Freedom of speech ? Most American's were not aware the : First Ammendment was abolished. This anger was more enlightend when , I asked ," If I can't take a picture of a unsafe driver of attempted hit and run ,is it ok to get the plate"? Again : Loss prevention at-will ,employee: Philip became more enragged. He closed with: "If I see you again this is a 602. California Penal Code:602.As we know this is : Tresspasing. Here I paid for the: Executive Member. Yet this is worse then bad customer service. I am going to do my very best: To write to: Consumer Affairs,the Better Business Bureu. Plus: Supper Pages.
