Cowles Nissan Ripoff I purchased a new car and have been treated like crap after the purchase. The work does not get done and the staff is rude. I've left my car at the dealership all day and the work never was done. they never topped or filled the fluids in my car or replaced air filters that they said they did. Don't go to Cowles! I purchased a new car and have been treated like crap after the purchase. I stopped going to Cowles Nissan for regular maintenance. The work does not get done and the staff is rude. I've left my car at the dealership all day and the work never was done. I discovered that they never topped or filled the fluids in my car or replaced air filters that they said they did. Don't go to Cowles!
Don't ever purchase a car from Cowles Nissan in Woodbridge, VA. They were all smiles and accomodating when I purchased my new car. After the purchase, it's a whole new ballgame. I can't get my car properly maintained and customer service is horrible. I've left my car at the dealership all day for an oil change and they told me I needed to keep it there another day because they were too busy to get to it! I'm shocked. I stopped taking my car to Cowles Nissan for maintenance because of the bad customer service. I also discovered that the work was not properly being done on my new car. The fluids and the air filters were not being changed (after they told me they were). I will never purchase a car from them EVER!!

Don't ever purchase a car from Cowles Nissan in Woodbridge, VA. They were all smiles and accomodating when I purchased my new car. After the purchase, it's a whole new ballgame.
