I was surfing the net and stumbled across this site and the consumer complaint. I have been a customer of VooDoo (cpu.net) for MANY years. I have been telling friends and family for years to use this service. I travel the USA in disc golf tournaments and business and this is how I can reach my home website (winthelotto.net) from anywhere in the USA. I do have to admit that I do not use there dsl, but the dialup offer, and yet they have ALWAYS been quick to respond to any issues I have had, and I will continue to recommend this service over any other. Dear readers, very sad to read this post, which slanders not only one comapny but 3 companies, which lets me think about the validation of this report or is it a simple try of slander by competition. However, this responde here is posted by cpu-net.com, and I know for sure that we do not charge our customers 6x for one Month of service. And than again, mistakes are made every where and so in billing. So, if a mistake is made, a customer charged more than he should pay, is refunded with no question ask. So, we ask the author of this post to simply come forward and prove to us/or to ripoffreport.com those 6 times charges and we are more than happy to issue refund for those charges. But I know that this person will not come forward because I deeply think of thos report here being simply a compeditor posting.
