Why should lease operators get a even bigger shaft than before knowing as of the first of the year we will be paying for all of our plates and permits. We were barely breaking even before, and this new lease is making it virtually impossible to make any money. They have raised the requirements for the fuel cap again. And if you try to get out of your lease early you might as well look for another job.
This is the only company I have ever heard of that has the trainers pay a percentage of their students wages. The trainers are not getting any kind of compesation for training, students wrecking the lease ops equipment. How is this fair
