PLEASE PEOPLE DO NOT SIGN UP WITH CR ENGLAND, INC / PRIEMER DRIVING SCHOOL you will
not get what you are paying for even when the say its free or they will pay your tuition.
For those of you thinking of attending CR England Driving School (Premier Driving School), be sure you READ and UNDERSTAND this review.
What you are signing up for is The Employer Testing Program (ETP) and what you receive after completions of the course is Certificate of Driving Skill (
DL170 ETP) in short, this is a Class A licence allowing you to drive for CR England, Inc. ONLY (your employer), meaning if you quit working for CR England and want to work for someone else your CDL is not valid unless you can demistrate to the
DMV by doing the CDL driving test with a REAL DMV EXAMINER.
Now, my experiece going through the school. This is a school that you can not ask question, they get very angry and your not going to get an answer, they are right out rude. They have you fill out, or use pre-filled out loan doucument and have you sign without giving you time to read and understand what you are doing.
There actual trainning is a joke I would say at least 95% of my classmate who came out the
other end with a so called CLASS A Licence could not pass the test with a real DMV examiner. The student truly didnt understad the purpose of a CA Airbrake system check or why they were doing a Pre Trip and In Cab inspection. When driving with the instructors and other student, I was completely overwhelmed with fear, knowing at any moment we would be involed in an accedent and I felt the same while driving with the Company Examiner that was passing these studend. During our skills test, the company examiners where passing students even if they could not pass the skills.
I can go on for days about this so called CDL training course however my time is running
short. If you truly want to become and achieve your Class A licence and become a professional driver, find a school that is not teaching under the DL170. Download or pick up a free CDL handbood, study it and go to your local DMV and pass the written test for your Class A Driving permit, then find a local rental company for a truck and instructor to help you drive and pass the DMV driving and skills test.
