Creative Fireplace Steve Sharpe Purchased a pellet stove, we never recieved it, and they won't refund our money, receipt doesn't say no refund, they won't give us the stove unless we pay storage fees,$10 a day, for time they have he North Oxford, Massachusetts

We ordered a new pellet stove,and paid in full with a bank check. We needed to have a repair done to our chimney while waiting for the stove, but it was a busy season and didn't get anyone who could do the repair.
We also paid to have the stove installed by the same place we purchased it, when our chimney was ready. But it is a very dangerous chimney to repair, being the house is on a steep hill and no on wanted to do the job.
We let the company know when the stove came in of the problem, and we're sure they sold our stove to someone else as the pellet stoves were very popular and the store was very busy all that season.
Because of our age and physical problems we decided to sell the house and move to one that is all just one floor and closer to town. So we asked for a refund on the stove, since it never left the store to us we thought there would be no problem.
We were denied a refund, the salesman, Steve, said they don't give refunds and it stated on the receipt, but it clearly is not or any where else in the store until after we asked for one. We were given the installation charge refund.
He was very rude and unprofessional, threatening me. I was shocked! He suggested that we try to sell it, and he would try also. Well that didn't happen, and now he wants us to pay him $10 a day for storage if we want the stove!
Time passed after not getting anywhere, we went to a lawyer whom we paid $500 for him to send a letter to the store, and he said we would go to court, but that never happened either. I am also filing a ripoff report on that lawyer.
So my 85 year old mother and I are out $3,148.95. She collects SSI and retirement each month, and I am disabled and unable to work. Please if anyone can help us we would be so grateful and restore faith in us as well. The sales man claims to be a partner in the company and he is a liar and a ruthless individual. Thank you
