Credit Care 1 BMT Credit Rescue BMT FinancialCredit Rescue Credit Care Group This company was very persistant about being able to assist me with the loan modification for my new home shortly after I bought it. Shortly after I relocated, I suddenly found I had developed an illness which was requiring multiple specialty doctors appointments, treatments and medications. San Diego California
The medical bills were piling up and I had no other solution but to request, what I thought was legitimate loan modification assistance from these people. So I filed all the required paper work with them with the 100% guarantee and the required fee of $1200. Well, since my purchase of my home had been so recent, the mortgage company declined the modification. So after speaking with Chloe Marr, and various others in the company, I decided to wait until the one year anniversary of the purchase of my home to attempt the modification again. I refiled all the required paperwork, sent the copies as per their request and nothing. They quit answering their phone, won't return my calls or correspondence. All attempts to communicate with this company have failed. I have no further recourse but to speak to an attorney to resolve this issue.
These various named agencies are fraud. They prey on people who are needing financial assistance with their homes. They promised to assist me with the loan modification for my home with 100% guarantee that it would be able to lower my house payment, but because my purchase was too recent, the mortgage company declined my modification, the agency was told that prior to applying for the modification but purposely deceived me and said it could be done anyway. Well, it didn't go through and they won't re-apply or re-try the modification. They won't answer their phone, won't return my calls or answer any correspondance at all.
