Stewart Hutcheson, the President and CEO of Leap Wireless (Cricket Communication,) should be embarrassed to be the head of a company that is run so piss poorly. This is truly a company that has no consideration for its customers other than to rip them off for each and every penny. Dont take my word; just review the tons of complaints from existing and past customers. From coast to coast this company has preyed upon the less fortunate of our society who have very few options in the way of internet services in their area or who can least afford to be ripped off.
Their so-called customer service department consists of an outdated IVR( Integrated Voice Response) system that prompts customer to continually enter there information, only to start back at the top again at the welcome menu. Should you be so lucky to actually reach their customer service dept. which has been outsourced to the
Because the customer service agents speak little to not English, they have no comprehension of the English language much less billing or accounting. Its no wonder that the Short Interest on Wall Street continues to grow larger and larger on this company.
So dont bother to call customer service you wont get any..
This is truly a company that should be brought down not by the Government or the market, but by its own customers
