Cross Country Bank Abusive charges & misleading information Boca Raton Florida
I've had a Cross Country Bank card for a year now. I agree that the fees charged are outrageous and that they charge $100.00 for $250.00 credit increase, and anything (or nothing) can create a late fee, but when you don't know how to manage your credit and lose it, the only option is to acquire a card like this and pay the price for being careless with your credit.
I'm writing to you because I received a notification on a class action law suit that they lost and one of the options was to raise the credit limit $150.00 without any fees. I sent it back completely and perfectly filled out, requesting my credit line increase about two months ago, I'm still waiting on any news.
I've called to ask a couple of times, first they said that the increases were going to be done all at once, another time they told me that the return address given was not theirs but the attorney's office and they have nothing to do with that, and no more information is given. Does anyone know anything about this? What else can I do??
