Cross Country Bank Unjustified fees, RIP OFF Boca Raton Florida
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I closed my two accounts with this company over two years ago and I am still paying it!
Despite the fact that I am never late they continuously charged me late fees! I have been charged rates for cash advances which I HAVE NEVER EVEN GOTTEN! When I call the reps hang up on me and my letters of complaint go unanswered.
They charge me late fees and over the limit fees! I recently paid one card off in full and before sending it I called them for the payoff amount. I sent them what they told me would be the amount for payoff for 10 days. Within 4 days they had my payment (I made sure I sent it certified mail) and they took money for interest fees! I told them that could not be correct because they gave me the payoff and they still did it.
I was then left with a credit balance of $5.29 and despite the fact that my account was closed for years and now paid off they said to get that money I have to send a written request!
This company has made hundreds of dollars off of me by charging fradulent fees. I requested a letter stating that I had paid off the account in full and I have never gotten one! These people need to be taken out of business!!!!!!!!!!!!
Once I was $10 short on my minimum due. I made the payment with a check by phone and the rep didnt say anything! The next thing I knew they were calling and screaming at me and harrassing me for $10!!!
I hope these people get taken out of business!
