Tom Wall, ordered 5 soft serve ice cream machines from me brand new, paid by credit card and received them, over 2 months later charged them back saying not as described which first of all was over 2 months after he received them and lied as they were exactly as described, a copy of the mfg specification sheet along with the photo was sent to Tom Wall with the paypal invoice, the machines shipped factory direct to him. They were 100% as described and listed on the invoice he used to order and pay for them.
Cruisers Frozen Yogurt is using the machines currently after not paying for them! They owe over $11,000.00 for machines they never paid for. This is illegal.
Cruisers Frozen Yogurt in Titusville, FL is trying to rip me off.

Let's clear up the lies;
- The machines were ordered 8/17/15 and were delivered 9/10/15 so Lie #1
- I did not have 5 machines on hand so I ordered them to be delivered direct to Tom from Donper's MFG Plant in China. He was well aware of this. Lie # 2
- On 9/14/15 I received a voice mail from Edward " Hey Leo, with the 5 machines, I'm in need of 1 more machine" etc. I still have that voice mail recording on my phone. If the machine's were not acceptable why would he want another??? lie # 3
- I recived a call from Edward asking about a U.L. label for his inspection, I told him the machines are not U.L. lsited and were never advertsied as such and are not advertised on the MFG. flyer sent with his paypal generated invoice, I did offer him 4 machines in am email dated 9/7/15 here is the main portion of the email for lie # 4

Take a look at the pic I sent you via test, These machines were bought new in July 2014 and were used about 3-4 months in a dessert shop that was in an awful location and they closed, The owner called me and wants to sell them to me, There is only 4 but they are ETL Electric and ETL Sanitized Certified. They paid over $6K each for these. If you want these I can get them crated up ready for shipping to you ( you pay freight at cost) for $12,000.00 for all 4 machines. - They have 4 left as of now, I just called her. Just note they one in the pic has a clear dispense door and only one of the 4 left have a clear door the remaining 3 are black doors.
to help you out , If you buy these 4 machines then the 5 Donper d520 machines that you bought you can ship them to me and once they arrive and are inspected in new condition without blemishes I will apply $10,500 to the $12K which means you would need to come up with $1,500.00 plus the shipping costs for all the machines.
As you can see above, there was no $25K additional cost to him, it was simply $1,500. plus shipping costs which was very fair. -
- I then recived a Text which I still have one my phone from Edward: " I talked to my business partner, hey looks like we're just going to go ahead and list the machiens for sale ourselves in scrap the whole process sucks that we did a$30,000 build out on the building that we got to walk away from but thanks anyways buddy" Lie # 5
- I recived a CHARGE BACK NOTICE From Paypal, saying the buyers complained " no exactly as described" They did not give me any specific reason(s), Paypal did a horrible Job representing me as the seller, the buyers took machines, had them foralmost 2 months and then wanted ther money back, then did not return the machines. How low can you get?? They did not said I was a fraud they simply got scammed by the buyers. Lie #6
- The machines where made with used parts? Come on they were shipped directly from Donper's MFG Plant in China the same plant that manufactures all the Donper Machine's they don't build machines with used parts! And if that really was a problem whyt was'nt I made aware of this before the Charge Back? Simply because it's a lie. Lie # 7
- So let's figure out this, You claim that Donper sent you machine's that were built with used parts and your seemed to be unhappy with this? I know I would be but you bought NEW REPLACEMENT DONPERS? They are the same MFG Plant in China. Another Lie #8
- I have never said that I work for Donper, There use to be Donper America in Orlando, that relationship ended, they Just signed a new distributor last November which is now Donper USA, Linda at Donper said that the D520 USA Model was the only machine they can export for sale in the USA. FYI, NOT ALL DONPER NACHINES ARE UL LIsted, not every city/state requies UL Listing, " your ignorence of the local code is not my fault, I was very fair in offering to help you with an alternative, you choose to be a scammer. lie #9
I can go on and on with the emails,text and voice mail messages I still have. If you need to refresh your memory I will be happy to post the message on youtube to listen to. You should be very careful what you are posting about me which is not true. Pay your debt or return the machines in new condition unused!

First of all.... When we ordered the machines the listing said they were located in Conn. The machines arrived after 2 months directly from China. We finished our buildout and when our inspection came up, we were told by the building inspectors that the machines were not allowed to be used in the United States. We contacted Leo and explained what was going on and was told he had never had this problem for as long as he has been working for Donper. ( the company that makes the machines), We were told by our inspectors that the machines had to be safety certified to be used in the USA,we hired a company called TUV reighland to do the inspections on the machines ( cost us $3900) we were told that the machines were built with used parts and needed to be fully upgraded with ner cords, new internal breakers, internal fuse boxes, ground wires and new starter motors, We hired a electrical engineer to do the work spent $4000 in parts and $2000 in labor.
after work was performed the machines were started to check operation before the inspector comes back to sign off on the equipment. When we got 3 of the machines running we forund out the the main barrings of the machines were bad ( making a horable rattling sound) We contacted donper for parts and was told they dont service those machines and they dont have those in the USA. They said they knew about this leo guy selling these machines and was really giving the company a bad name. They were going conduct their own investagation on the issue of these machines being shipped in and the issue of leo saying he works for the company, We contacted Paypal and the Credit card company to file a complaint and we were sent paperwork to be filled out. As well as Leo receiving the same paperwork.
THe Credit card company found that Leo did commit fraud and refunded the money, Leo was given the oportunity to get the equipment back but wanted us to cover all the cost in doing so.( another $2500) He offered to sell us 3 used machines at another $25,000. Donper set up a pick up for the junk machines and they were picked up. We are looking forward to the continued investagation of internation fraud that Leo is commiting. I would be careful listing your junk on craigslist and ebay, just because you change your name as the seller people should know who you are. I would suggest canceling the listing you have out right now on machines you said are new but the person who orded them canceled. Buyers, run from this guy..... We dumped over $10,000 in machines that never worked right...... Be very carefull of the Federal Trade Commision Pal........
