Crusader Financial Services CAVEAT EMPTOR A WOLF IN SHEEPS CLOTHING Ripoff Sunrise Florida
If you are considering a career in financial services, beware of this place. THE owner...of what Im not sure, will lure you to this den of devils by telling you about a job.. Come to find out its a kindergarten type mlm(no backing, no money, no stockholders, no car, smelly office, needs a maid badly)
If you work there, for no pay of course he will tell you about ownership, you can do that on your own with a real company. He has been known to threaten to hurt people "physically", sexual harrassment has even been reported there.
Check his financials, look at the car he drives. Its a "Rolls Canhardly" Ever hear of those....rolls down one hill and can hardly get up the next...rolls canhardly.
He doesnt like to do group meetings, so you will be tricked into believing its not a mlm company. ITs been reported he bombed out of several other mlms. Once he signs you up he'll let you know how it works. He has a trail of ex-mlmers behind him from NY to Fl. Ask him why he left all the other mlm companies. Ask him for the names of 5 or 10 people who use to work under him. any 5 or 10 will do.
Successfull business' are run in susuccessfull looking offices. not that run down complex in Sunrise Fl.

Dale Workman - lazy broke mlm'er

This is a response to Dale W from Ohio. 1- Dale is a totally broke life insurance agent working for a MLM life insurance company named HBW which stands for Helping Build Wealth. 2- I actually signed up under him from Florida. By the way.. Dale has never been to my office nor to Florida. If he had, he would know that we are not in some stinky dinky office we have a bank building at the corner of W. Commercial Blvd and 70th Avenue. It is a free standing bank facility. No one in it but us. 3- Dale was so pitiful that he couldn't afford his 200 a month office in Ohio and his support was so poor that they the company transferred me to his upline. He was embarrassed that he knew nothing about insurance and in the HBW leads bulletin he didn't even make $1,000 a month in his best months. 4- Dale Workman was offered the ability to do loans in his state. He got excited about it but unfortunately, his work ethic did not support his wishbone that he used instead of a backbone. He could not find a single client. Dale's thing is MLM MLM MLM. He figured he could hire some ex Primerica people and they would do the work to push him up. Unfortunately, life is about leadership and people follow what you do not what you say. 5- Dale's real beef is that he waqs hoping that we would be his great explosion but because of his incredibly bad support and hostility we were transferred away from him. 6- Crusader Financial Services is a licensed Florida Mortgage Lender not an insurance Company. As a licensed Insurance broker I place my business though HBW, Inc. They're a great company and I have no problem with, unfortunately, Dale doesn't write any personal business there and he has little or no downline business there and the leaders bulletins show it and it embarrasses him. I can understand that since he lives off of his wife Kelly's income. 7- The other personal attacks I do take personally with regard to sexual harrassment and physical violence... My wife is my partner and the most incredible person on this planet. We work together 24 hours a day. We are always by eachother's side. We are devout believers. We live a Christian life. Our life and our company is devoted to serving the lord through serving others and helping families get out of debt and become financially independent. So, when libelous remarks like that are made they have to be addressed. 8- There will always be losers and malcontents that blame everyone else in the world for their failures and lack of ethics and lack of work ethic. Dale Workman, unfortunately is one of them. 9- Crusader Financial Services is not an MLM company. We do not charge our agents to join. We do have a management override system for production but, unlike MLM companies, we do not recruit to recruit to recruit. 10- Finally, it is a shame that someone so pitiful can post such libelous remarks without us knowing it so we can have a chance to rebut it. If it wasn't for one of my agents alerting me to it, I would never have known about it and it may have effected someone's life because of lies from a disgruntled MLM'er. I find Dale Workman's actions to be repugnant and sad. It is my wish that someday he see's the light and fixes himself so he doesn't have to use other people as his excuse for failure. God's Peace.
