As of 12:00am March 26 2010 CS Wagner Transport, LLC. is canceling your contract, however this does not releive you of any monies owed to the company by you or F.T.I.S. As of 1:00am March 26, 2010 your truck broke down on I-76 in PA. CS Wagner Transport LLC has no responsibility to tow or repair your truck. CS Wagner has removed the base plates IFTA stickers and decals fron the truck and no cost to you or your company. You need to return any other property of S Wagner Transport including any electronics (i.e the wireless internet card) in 15 days or you will be charges for a new air card.
I will be sending a certified letter to you along with an invoice and all recipts, if you have any questions you may call me at 17-325-4550 ex 301

No that is not the case your truck is still leased to my company and you are the owner of the truck not Mike so the contract does not become null and void.5th U have a shady way of doing business.4th. You have your opinion and I have mine.6th If Mike has such and outstanding record, then why was he out of work for sereval months. He should have ben able to get a job anywhere. And we both no why? Because he failed a urine test, because of smoking pot.5th. So he smoked pot that does not make him a poor driver and what does that have to do with his driving or your truck not running and the fact you owe me money.7th U r the one that is lying I have no reason to lie one way r the other.6th. Who said anything about lying?8th Even though I am lease to u I still have control over my truck. U hv a lot of nerve trying to take possesion something that u dont the titles to.7th. Yes you have control over your truck yet again you owe me money and your contract says I can use your truck as I see fit to recoup my money.9th That we have to go to court about, and do u really want to go there with me on these issues.8th. Don't make threats you have no idea about, I have already talked to my attorney about this issue.10th If the the truck is blowing that much smoke, and blowing oil everywhere they would have shut the truck down until repairs were made.9th. I have the citations to prove that there are serious issues with the truck.11th I have not gotten any statements from u in the last three weeks, one way r the other. I have no problem taking what I owe you. I need invoices and reciepts from all the loads, repairs, tickets, fuel, what mike done has since he has been here.10th. They were sent out last week.12th If u keep this up I will get a hold of the tv stations and let them know what kind of operation u r really running, and ur shady business practices.12th. Idol threats please don't waste my time with them.
