CSS Menu Maker They are charging me every month, for one life time option that i signed up for. Internet

I signed up for a one lifetime service which cost $19.00 as they discribed on their site. And since then they keep charging me me $19.00 every month. And they don't have an email or phone number on the site nor they reply on the support ticket. I tried to contact with them a few times but no reply. They are scam and once somenone put their cc info they start charging them.
