Hello my name is Henry Moore. I have been a general contractor in louisville and Indiana for 23 years. I specialize in building from the ground up. I am well versed in all stages of construction including garages and the operating systems .I was contracted by mrs osman to access the damage she believed to be caused by cunningham door and window. After careful consideration and a thorough inspection the only possible conclusion that I can come to is the following. ..the damage was not caused by this consumer it however is more then 99.9 percent probability it was caused due to the negligence of Cunningham's installer. The door was split in several locations. It is my professional opinion the installer miscalculated the perception gauge to stop in a timely manner thus creating such extreme pressure on the arm bar and the door itself it has been crushed. The door will have to be replaced due to the weak state it remains in.
