I have filed reports on E & K Katz and on Beautymus Cattery under the names of two breeders Elizabeth Bolen and Karen Hill. They have been exchanging names since there are so many complaints of sick and dying kittens BUT they are now using Curlykatz with a brand new website. Be aware, it is the SAME cattery. These kittens are severely infected and also many carry fip. This has been going on for years and someone needs to stop it from continuing. I lost $3000 when I purchased two very very sick Devon Rex kittens, another buyer conatcted me and her kitten died within 10 days of bring him home. I can not believe the number of people coming forward who have had heartbreaking experiences with sick and dying kittens. We will do all that we can to stop this

ONE KITTEN DIES from FIP

one of the sickly kittens that I purchased in Sept had seizures today and lost control of the back half of his body. The vet determined it was dry FIP and he was euthanized. Our hearts are broken and now we must wait to see if the other one develops the symptoms since his father had FIP and the breeder KNEW when she allowed me to pick them up. Those kittens have really suffered, such short lives and to end like this. SOMEONE NEEDS TO STOP THIS PERSON FROM PRODUCING THESE SICK AND DYING KITTENS !!!!

I am now being sued by the breeder for posting FACTS. She is sueing for 10k, what she feels she has lost due to my bringing this to light. Apparently it has cost her kitten sales.
