CyberHome ripoff Support phone number disconnected, email returns undeliverable Fremont California
I rec'd a brand new CyberHome DVR 1600 DVD Recorder and Player for Mother's Day, May 2006. Just opened it and it doesn't work (DOA).
Tried to call the company "support line" but the 1-888 phone number is disconnected. The e-mails I send are returned, "undeliverable to address." I tried to contact the webmaster on the www.cyberhome.com website and they don't list one. The "contact us" link on the website is broken ("Page cannot be found").
When I call the number listed on White Pages.com for the business, I got a phone tree in Fremont, California, that nobody answers when you press any of the keys. Is this company going out of business? I looked for information about the company on the web but couldn't find any.
Beware. RIPOFF!
