CYDCOR EMPLOYMENT RIPOFF Irvine California
CYDCOR SUCKS! I worked for CYDCOR also known as "The Yasny Group" in California, and I was ripped off. It seemed strange how they hurried me through the signing away of my rights just to "ride in someone elses car", but it turns out it was an agreement to employment, that they didn't want any of the employees actually to read. It says that there was a commision schedule attached as well.
There was no schedule, nor time to really find out what was going on. They pushed me to "just sign it, we have a meeting you need to be in right now" How convienent huh? After about a half of a month I started to realize that this was standard procedure, every time they hired, which was quite often the same thing happened!
That is not my real greavance though. My real greavance is the fact that YASNY aka CYDCOR has paid me 850 of the 1825 dollars that they currently owe me! The CEO keeps telling me that it is not a "top priority" for her. Well the California state government thinks it should be, and therefore requires payment in full 72 hours after termination of employment regardless of circumstance.
There have been many a contradictary statement made, and I really don't want to waste any more time with CYDCOR or any of it's independantly incorporated affiliates, so the moral of the story is. If you hear CYDCOR anywhere RUN!!!
I am very seriously considering small claims court. I have a strong case against the YASNY clan.
