Dada I keep getting premium sms messages from numbers 191192, 19976237, 19944199, 19733799 and 191200. I just kep deleting them but then I realized they kept taking money off. Alltogether $74-05 AUD was taken off since 20 August by these scammers, and I want my money back. I didn't authorize this company Internet
I am very unhappy and $ 74.05 Aud poorer as I have been ripped off by this text messaging scam. We are struggling financially and it was really hard to up my prepaid mobile with $50 Aud last week. Now it is gone. I will be away for the weekend but don't have the money to put more on my mobile. This presents some difficulties, all because of this robbing companies. Please can you help me to get my money back.
From my mobile provider Virgin I got the number 1300794705 to ring, because that is the rip off phone number, but I couldn't get a person on line. I told them on the recorded message to stop sending sms text messages and that I want a refund. Tonight I had more text messages, and I answered STOP on my mobile phone. But it looks like it is more than one company. Please help.
Virgin gave me an extra $10 Aud top up but $3 of that is allready gone.
