Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Dana Greenwood is a scammer. He works as a Branch Manager for Open Mortgage / American Dream Mortgage in Indianapolis - Fishers.

This letter is to notify and warn all potential clients and and prospective business partners of Dana Greenwood, to watch out for this guy.

He does make deals happen, and screws whoever he can in the process by not paying them what he agrees to. Then he stops returning calls and messages.

He's even screwing the banks,  he recently gave back his million dollar home on Geist and He's a Mortgage Professional.  Do NOT trust this guy with your biggest financial purchase of your lifetime.

The comments on this web site were posted by an individual who wanted to become a loan officer with the Open Mortgage branch in Indiana. This person referred a loan to the branch as he was not licensed and was informed that he be required by law to pass his NLMS licensing (both national and Indiana) to become an employee. He was informed that he could not legally be compensated until his licenses were obtained; this was reiterated on numerous occasions. Notice he will not reveal his name.

This person was put in contact with attorneys at the home office of Open Mortgage, and personally informed that what he had been told was indeed correct. Its the law.

After repeatedly failing to obtain his license he demanded to be paid and threatened to wage an email campaign and to discredit me. I subsequently found out that he set up a fake email accounts in my name and signed me up for many unwanted items.

Recently I discovered the posting on rippedoff.com and contacted them explaining the disturbing and wholly inaccurate information on their site. They claim that they do not have to verify or remove any posted information on their site and many people have spent millions of dollars attempting to sue them (and lost). This could happen to anyone!

I have spent considerable time clearing my name and trying to stop the email campaign that he has waged against me. As to a reference of my home it was sold by me and can be verified. This person is quite computer literate and this demonstrates the danger posed by unregulated internet sites. It seems to me that this ranks right up there with identity theft.
