Dance4less.com Excessive Restocking Fee. Poor Quality. Slow Refund Internet
I ordered a pair of dance shoes. Poor quality...returned with proper identification, information...no credit to my credit card for several months...called and requested refund...finally applied but not full purchase amount...they deducted 15% for "restocking fee" . Restocking fee not indicated on web site...emailed Customer Service with no response...Poor customer service and poor goods quality. Very suspicious vendor. Do not recommend trusting this company.
