a crime as per Art. 178. Using fictitious name and concealing true name Involving a certain Danilo Arizala whom i had transactions with, we hired him as a consultant on September 3, 2018 and got terminated for breaching the contract we had with him.
I caught this person falsifying his identification to enter our company as supported by a photo of him holding his edited passport with the name Allan Pagala which the crime falls under R.A. 8239 or the Philippine Passport Act.
