Carlos G. service advisor, "the one who pulled my car forward", stole a whole $3.00 from my middle counsul in my SUV. I paid for the quick wash with no interior cleaning and he was the only one in my vehicle. Of course no manager was on site.

I am very sorry to hear about the poor experience you had at our 59th Avenue & Bell location. We take the issue of theft very seriously. We would never condone such practices in any of our facilities. Personnel are instructed not to touch ANY personal items in the vehicles they are working on. We want you to feel comfortable leaving incidentals in your car. We regularly bait vehicles to test the honesty of our employees. However, we ask customers not to leave anything of value in your car while it is going through the facility. We really don’t know what you do or do not have in your vehicle. Please email us at [email protected] if you would like to further discuss the matter. Thank You

Local TV station did an expose on car washes. They installed cameras in cars and took them to TEN different car washes here in town. They left money in plain view. Out of the ten car washes, FIVE of the vehicles had money stolen out of them. So, you have about a 50% chance of getting your money ripped off at a car wash. So, don't leave money out where it can be taken. For the peanuts they pay those guys, it doesn't surprise me. That doesn't make theft right. I've been taking my vehicles to the same place for the last ten years. They do a super job but I sure don't tempt some underpaid kid. The saddest part is that I see some lowlife get a $100 detail job done on his $50,000 bmw SUV and he doesn't tip the kid a frickkin' dime. Cheap SOB. I see it all the time. I see people tip them the pocket change out of their consoles. I tip $5 on a $10 job and take care of them at X-mas.
